The changing rooms and toilets are downstairs; there are three areas of climbing / bouldering.
Shoes and chalk available for hire if needed. There's a decent cafe by reception, but only one woman was on duty and there was a fair wait before being served (she had to do the phones, the checking in and registering, plus run the cafe and answer all queries).
Only Austrian alpine club members get a discount

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New, big and very light climbing centre in Villach. Clean facilities, friendly staff. The bouldering area is amazing on two floors, one for beginners to intermediate and one for intermediate to experts. Really nice.
