Hab ein Termin für 1,5 Monate später bekommen mit der Zeit Spanne von 13:30 - 16:30 , bin heute schon den ganzen Tag zuhause ( extra frei genommen) und gekommen ist keiner also sehr verlässlich und wenn man anruft um zu fragen wo der Techniker bleibt bzw. ob er überhaupt noch kommen wird hebt keiner ab, komischer weise schon ab 16 uhr obwohl bis 16:30 angesagt wird. ALSO NOCHMALS SEHR VERLÄSSLICHER FIRMA, BLEIBT FERN VON SOLCHEN FIRMEN. Außerdem ist die Kommunikation zwischen Samsung und der Firma Felser sehr Mangelhaft! Der Kunde wird hier leider immer nur mit neuen bzw. anderen Terminen vertröstet! Sollte die Firma Elektro Felser mein Problem bis nächste Woche beheben, ändere ich meine Bewertung - aktuell ist diese Firma leider jedoch nicht Empfehlenswert! Selbst bei direkten Anruf und auf ausdrücklichen Kundenwunsch wird nicht mal gesagt an diesem Tag und Uhrzeit kommt der Techniker vorbei!!!! Eine Waschmaschine ist bei einer Gastfamilie wie in meinem Fall sehr wichtig, Waschmaschine ist kein Luxus Artikel Absolut unzufrieden mit ihrem Service man wird nur vertröstet und nichts passiert nervt einfach nur I cannot recommend the Felser service company in any way. Pünktlich kam der Mechaniker und wechselte Schloss in ca. 20 Minuten aus. Alles wunderbar. Wenigstens mit dieser Rezension kann ich mein Dank aussprechen ??? Candy washing machine. Defective lock. After the company received the part, I got an appointment 3 days later. The mechanic arrived punctually and changed the lock in about 20 minutes. Everything is wonderful. At least with this review I can express my thanks ???

Der Termin war zwischen 8 und 10 Uhr. Ich bat möglichst früh zu kommen. Der Techniker war um 7:30 vor der Tür, Kundenfreundlicher geht nicht. Hut ab und Danke. In Windeseile wurde die ganze Wascheinheit vor Ort getauscht, und das auf sehr engen raum. Absolut Kompetent und Professionell. Ich kann das Unternehmen nur weiterempfehlen. Den Fehler mit dem defekt der Maschine hat Candy mit dem Reparaturservice durch Felser wieder gut gemacht. Warranty repair of a Hoover washing machine. Candy made up for the mistake with the defective machine with Felser's repair service.

S	Sabine Weber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Waschmaschine ist seit 11.01.22 kaputt nach etlichen Telefonaten mit der Firma wurde mir immer etwas anderes mitgeteilt 1x defekter Teil muss bestellt werden, 1x Teil ist nicht lieferbar, 1x Waschmaschinen Austausch wurde bei der Herstellerfirma beantragt ( die wusste nur nichts davon) 1x Waschmaschinen Tausch wurde abgelehnt, 1x defekter Teil kommt in Woche 5. Seit dem nichts mehr gehört telefonisch erreiche ich auch niemanden. Waschmaschine ist noch in Garantie habe seit 4 Wochen keine Waschmaschine mehr bei einen 4Personen Haushalt ist einfach nur unter jeder Kritik......... ich würde nicht mal den einen Stern geben My washing machine has been broken since 01/11/22 after a number of phone calls to the company, I was always told something different 1x defective part must be ordered, 1x part is not available, 1x washing machine replacement was requested from the manufacturer (they just didn't know anything about it) 1x washing machines Exchange was rejected, 1x defective part comes in week 5. Since then I haven't heard anything by phone. Washing machine is still under warranty I haven't had a washing machine in a 4-person household for 4 weeks. It's just under any criticism......... I wouldn't even give it one star
