★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine unheimlich kompetente und freundliche Beratung, wie man sie heute nicht mehr überall bekommt. Die bestellte Ware entsprach der Beschreibung und die Lieferung funktionierte einwandfrei. Wenn ich wieder etwas "Elektrisches" brauche ist sicher mein erster Weg zu Elektro Popp. Danke und gerne wieder!
 An incredibly competent and friendly advice that you can no longer get everywhere. The ordered goods corresponded to the description and the delivery worked perfectly. If I need something "electrical" again, it is definitely my first way to Elektro Popp. Thanks and happy again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benötigte eine Antenne, und wurde sehr freundlich und kompetent beraten. Werde künftig erst zu Konrad Popp gehen, anstatt zu diversen Rießenramschläden, wo man die Angestellten suchen muss und dann nur halbherzig betreut wird. Top Service!!!
Required an antenna and was given very friendly and competent advice. In the future I will only go to Konrad Popp instead of going to various Rießen junk shops where you have to look for employees and then only receive half-hearted care. Top service !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Betrieb ist meine erste Wahl wenn es um technische Geräte und Renovierungsarbeiten sowie die Beratung beim Lampenkauf geht. Das Elektriker sind sehr bemüht und extrem kompetent. Die Chefin ist sehr sympathisch und kann einem während des smalltalks oder Schreibens sehr positiv stimmen wenn es einem gerade nicht so gut geht, ihr Humor ist toll. Ich finde ihren Instagram Auftritt auch sehr gut, vor allem macht das das Unternehmen für ein sehr junges Publikum attraktiv - so bin auch ich erst darauf gestoßen.

The company is my first choice when it comes to technical equipment and renovation work as well as advice on lamp purchases. The electricians are very hard working and extremely competent. The boss is very personable and can make you very positive during small talk or writing if you are not doing so well, her humor is great. I think their Instagram presence is also very good, above all that makes the company attractive to a very young audience - that's how I first came across it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut zufrieden und definitiv zu empfehlen bei etwaigen Leistungen rund um die Elektronik zur Wohnung/Haus. Pünktlich, nett, flexibel, unkompliziert und vor allem kompetent - ein toller Service wie er in Städten wie Wien leider nur mehr selten zu finden ist.
Ich werde mich auch in Zukunft wieder bei entsprechenden Themen an das Unternehmen Konrad Popp wenden.
Absolutely satisfied and definitely recommended for any services related to electronics for the apartment / house. Punctual, nice, flexible, uncomplicated and above all competent - a great service that unfortunately can rarely be found in cities like Vienna.
I will continue to contact the Konrad Popp company in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfassbar unfreundliche und unprofessionelle Kommunikation und Abwicklung. Die von mir gebuchten Leistungen wurden so durchgeführt dass ich nichts von den installierten Lösungen nutzen kann. Nach Monatelanger Funkstille und keinerlei Lösungsvorschlägen, habe ich nun kommentarlos eine Rechnung über 5000€ präsentiert bekommen über eine Installation die nicht zu gebrauchen ist für mich. Besonderes Schmankerl, in diesen 5000€ wurden nicht mal 1.m Lautsprecherkabel oder HDMI Kabel mit einberechnet, die die Firma im Einkauf vermutlich umgerechnet 2€ kosten würden. Die durfte ich mir dann auch noch selber kaufen.
Incredibly unfriendly and unprofessional communication and handling. The services I have booked were carried out in such a way that I cannot use any of the installed solutions. After months of radio silence and no suggestions for a solution, I have now received an invoice for € 5000 without comment for an installation that is not usable for me. A special treat, not even 1m speaker cable or HDMI cable were included in this € 5000, which would probably cost the company the equivalent of € 2 when purchasing. I was then allowed to buy them myself.
