Ein gut gemeinter Rat denn anscheinend haben Sie in den 7 monaten nichts dazu gelernt was Service orientiertheit und Kundenfreundlichkeit angeht. Wie mein Vor Kommentator schon passend vor 7 Monaten geschrieben hat: selten dass mir in den ersten 50 sekunden mit so einem Ton daher kam .Versuchen Sie freundlicher zu sein, dann arbeiten vielleicht auch große Firmen mit Ihnen! mit FREUNDLICHEN GRÜßEN Really unfriendly on the phone! Apparently the Lord doesn't need to take orders. Well-intentioned advice because apparently you haven't learned anything in the 7 months about service orientation and customer friendliness. As my previous commentator wrote aptly 7 months ago: seldom came across such a tone in the first 50 seconds. Try to be more friendly, then maybe even large companies will work with you! Best regards
A	Ano Nymous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich verdient dieser Elektriker nicht einmal einen Stern. Ich habe vorab zum besseren Verständnis einen Plan (mit den gekennzeichneten Steckdosen um die es in meiner Anfrage ging) verschickt - offensichtlich ist der Elektriker nicht im Stande diesen korrekt zu interpretieren, weil er trotz ausführlicher Erklärung leider nicht verstand worum es überhaupt ging (das war schon das erste "Warnsignal" für mich). Daraufhin beschloss ich telefonisch Kontakt aufzunehmen (von ihm kam dieser Vorschlag ja nicht), was pure Zeitverschwendung war, da Herr Kurt Paar total unfreundlich und frech war. Ich würde diesen Elektriker absolut KEINEM empfehlen - mit diesem Ton ist mir selten jemand entgegen getreten und die Servicebereitschaft ist gleich NULL. Gottseidank gibt es in Wien so viele andere Elektriker, denen Kompetenz und Leistungsbereitschaft kein Fremdwort ist. FINGER WEG - zahlt sich nicht aus! Actually, this electrician doesn't even deserve a star. I sent a plan in advance for better understanding (with the marked sockets that was the subject of my request) - obviously the electrician is unable to interpret it correctly, because despite a detailed explanation he unfortunately did not understand what it was all about (that was already the first "warning signal" for me). Then I decided to get in touch by phone (he didn't come up with this suggestion), which was a waste of time because Mr. Kurt Paar was totally unfriendly and cheeky. I would absolutely NOT recommend this electrician - with this tone, I have rarely come across anyone and the willingness to service is ZERO. Thank goodness there are so many other electricians in Vienna for whom competence and willingness to perform are no strangers. FINGER WEG - does not pay off!
