I have had a valid final report on my fireplace for 10 years, and yet every year the same chimney sweeper complains about new "defects", although nothing has changed in the condition of my fireplace or anything else.

Ich habe mir extra freigenommen und stundenlang gewartet, es war nicht mal eine ungefähre Uhrzeit/Zeitraum angegeben. Als ich mehrmals anrief, ging niemand ran, es lief nur ein Tonband mit "Alle Leitungen sind belegt". Einen Tag später rief ich nochmal an, wieder das gleiche. Also probierte ich eine Mail zu schreiben. Die einzige E-Mail-Adresse, die ich gefunden habe, war scheinbar nicht korrekt, da meine Email nicht zustellbar war. Vielen Dank auch, hab einen freien Tag verschwendet. On August 25 an appointment was set for the reading. I took extra time off and waited for hours, it wasn't even given an approximate time / period. When I called several times, no one answered, there was only a tape with "All lines are busy". A day later I called again, again the same. So I tried to write an email. The only email address I found was apparently incorrect as my email was undeliverable. Thank you too, wasted a day off.
