★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to like this shop very much. However after today’s visit i do not miss it. Staff milling around talking among themselves and dont approach to see how they can be of assistance, on the contrary when one asks a question its like one is disturbing them. I was in the tv department - at least 4 employees milling around, and i was in the eletronic and smart phone department. Unfriendy and unhelpful responses to queries - and the shop was practically empty, so not sure they will cope when it is full of christmas shoppers. Disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional staff they were acting like teenagers doing their summer internship! Especially the guys who’s in charge for kitchen appliances. I was chasing them to get proper quotation but their sales skills are very weak... they promised to get back to me and they never.
I went again to see what’s going on and the answer was the person in charge is not here I called and I got the same answer after few days. After 3 to 4 visits I finally received a quote and I found the quote I received is not exactly what I was looking for !! We are talking about one of the top brands In Austria ?? I think Saturn management need to invest more in their staff and give them the right training on how to serve and chase the clients to make the sales (Sales mean profits) not the way around !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to pay by card, but could not remember my pin. I tried a few times but failed, the treatment however by the cashier was rude and unprofessional. Whispers and giggles amongst the colleagues and after that they just dismissed from the store like it was nothing. Very disappointing Mediamarkt Donauzentrum!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is very organized. You can find your daily life electronics here. Only pricing systems of products is little bit poor. When they give discounts on products they don't show the price after discounts instead they show the original price. I hope they should solve this problem immediately and we can easily find the real price of products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best huge electronic shopping store in Wien. A one in all stop shop. Sometimes it gets crowded because of multiple offers and discounts. Take some time when you go there. Also there are many on display products to check / test before purchasing. Multiple buying modes with finance/ monthly payment options. This one is in DZ so make it more comfortable for you. Enjoy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, today my girlfriend went to your store to buy a phone. A nice well mannered and friendly sales guy helped her to choose a phone and pointed her to the section to apply for a loan. And this hag of a woman angrily turned her down without even finishing the application saying what is wrong with her for not knowing how to speak German well !!!!!!!! Are you people insane? Are you kidding me????????????? If I ever step in your store again it will be only to hand in a lawsuit!!!!!!!!! Disgrace
