Everything is upside-down here, it's hard to find what you are looking for and staff isn't helpful at all. Has a bit discount store feeling.

Very unprofessional. Wrong online stock information for TVs. Four suggested alternatives after review also not in stock. This is why people will use online shopping in the end!

Smaller than other markets but well stocked and good customer service

Worst customer service ever I came in to the shop to return my defective robo hoover The guy at the service inspected it and declared it broken and sent me upstairs to his colleague I went upstairs where I saw the hero of our story , he is roughly my age so Me: Servus bist du ... Him : the proper way of saying it is sind Sie I don’t respond well on Du Me: ok, and we continued our conversation per Sie My device is broken Him: yea what was soy expecting from the cheapest device Me: I wasn’t expecting it to find his way back to the dock or to map my whole apartment but I was expecting it not to brake on the 3rd day Him : well you got the cheapest one there is not much to expect you want anothe one or? Me no thanks I buy a standard hoover for now I’ll call you when I find the one I have to add that the tone and the way he weighted the word “cheapest” made me feel uncomfortable but I was ok we will get over it The part when I snapped is when I chosen 3 different hoovers and asked his opinion and all he could say is their price then pointed on the most expensive and 4th model and told me to consider it Me: ok thanks I can’t decide I would like a refund ( I decided that I am not willing to buy anything from him) Him: need to ask my colleague in a really frustrated tone “ hi I have this customer who brought back the CHEAPEST hover then was literaly picking hoovers for an HOUR! And now he wants a refund......” I got my refund This is the worst case of customer service I have ever encountered. I felt humiliated , it was highly unfriendly and unprofessional just because I bought an entry level model of a trusted company? This is unacceptable

Unprofessional staff and unfriendly with English speaking customers! I think English speaking customer are not welcomed in this company even with the reviews you don’t get feedback unless you comment in German! The management need to invest more in their staff and give them the right training on how to serve and chase the clients to make the sales not the way around ! I was willing to buy kitchen appliances and I been asked to give them 1-2 days to receive a quotation but I received nothing! few days later I decided to make a move I went to them after 3 to 4 visits I finally received a quote and I found the quote I received is not exactly what I was looking for !! Inappropriate quotation where the final price is not calculated and installation and delivery cost is not included it was just a piece of paper telling me don’t show me your face again! For me I lost nothing except my time !! You are the one who’s losing the business.

Quick and fast service. However, merchandise are not up to standard. More often they will need to be returned for not meeting to specifications.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. Simply wished to purchase a laptop. Waited an hour before an employee finally decided to help me. Waited another hour until they finally got the laptop. After about 3 hours of documents and useless junk the employee finally tells me I can purchase the laptop. On the way to the register they refuse to sell me the laptop. Absolutely pathetic. Do not go here.
