★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bit slow on check-in but apart from that really enjoyable. Could be convenient if they were to sell public transport tickets to guests as the local Tabak Traffik shop is hardly ever open

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk personell is performing a good job, but the business model in tge background is fraudulent and not designed to service the customers: Professional staff for shopping and small talk. Everything referring to real services and solution finding is nicely distributed online or by phone to a back-office which works like a propaganda center by feeding the customers with flat nonsense and focusing all the efforts to sell something in addition, but definitely not servicing a concrete problem. This refers especially to the outsourced repayment center, which in reality is a sales center for spare parts.

Got to learn about Vienna by getting lost a bunch since I couldn't use maps.visited drie shops at least 4 times during this period, very friendly service but they only got the service I was already paying for working far too late. Really expected more. Would have preferred unfriendly service that could just get it working the first time.
