★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wurden im August d. J. von T-Mobile Österreich an die Firma Nomik in Wien verwiesen, da sie angeblich auf Firmenkunden spezialisiert ist. Wir stellen unsere komplette Komunikation von A1 auf T-Mobile um: Mobiltelefone, Festnetznummern und Internet. Die Umstellung solte mit 1. Oktober abgeschlossen sein, bis heute ist noch immer nicht alles so wie bestellt umgesetzt worden. Keine einzige Terminzusage betreffend die Umstellung wurde in den vergangenen Monaten eingehalten, viele Telefongespräche haben wir dann selbst mit T-Mobile und A1 geführt um zumindest die Nichterreichbarkeit unserer Firma auf ein Minumum zu reduzieren. Die Firma Nomik und unser Betreuer, Herr Schikola, sind schwer bis tageweise garnicht erreichbar. Das Fax einer Filiale funktioniert noch immer nicht, der Zugang per App am Mobiltelefon auf die Einstellungen funktioniert nicht. Rückrufe erfolgen nur sporadisch. Absolut nicht empfehlenswerte Firma!
Update: 6.12.2018 - In 2 Filialen gibt es noch immer nur "Not-Internet", seit letzten Freitag funktioniert das Internet einer weiteren Filiale nur, weil wir uns selbst um eine Lösung bemüht haben! Auch zugesagte Hybrid-Router sind trotz Zusage jetzt doch nicht möglich.
We were in August d. J. from T-Mobile Austria referred to the company Nomik in Vienna, as they supposedly specialize in corporate customers. We are converting our entire communication from A1 to T-Mobile: cell phones, landline numbers and the Internet. The changeover should be completed by October 1st, until today not everything has been implemented as ordered. Not a single date promise regarding the changeover has been kept in the past few months, we then made many phone calls ourselves with T-Mobile and A1 in order to at least reduce the inaccessibility of our company to a minimum. The company Nomik and our supervisor, Mr. Schikola, are difficult to reach for a few days. The fax of a branch still does not work, access to the settings via the app on the mobile phone does not work. Callbacks are only made sporadically. Absolutely not recommendable company!
Update: December 6th, 2018 - In 2 branches there is still only "emergency internet", since last Friday the internet of another branch has only been working because we tried to find a solution ourselves! Even approved hybrid routers are now not possible despite the approval.

Nomik verspricht am Telefon, ein schriftliches Angebot zu erstellen... nach einer Woche liegt noch immer kein Angebot vor... Nicht mal ein Rückruf / Mail, dass es zu Verzögerungen kommt... Kundensupport / Betreuung: Mangelhaft: werde mir wohl einen anderen Anbieter suchen... Gibt ja mittlerweile genügend Anbieter auf dem Markt...
Had a 2 year contract that had expired. Wanted to negotiate a new contract ... Nomik promises to make a written offer on the phone ... after a week there is still no offer ... Not even a call back / email that there will be delays ... Customer support / Support: Poor: I will probably look for another provider ... There are now enough providers on the market ...
