G	Günter Hofstädter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Shop in guter Lage dennoch etwas versteckt. Einer der teuersten Sportnahrungsgeschäfte in Wien mit sehr schlechtem Service. Bemüht man sich persönlich zum Shop und kauft wie ich um 500 Euro im Monat ein wird man dafür bestraft in dem man für die Qualitativ schlechte Papier Einkaufstasche bezahlen muss. Wenn man online kauft bekommt man sämtliche Verpackung gratis und auch der Versand ist gratis bis vor die Haustür. Als ehemaliger Stammkunde mit über 500 Euro Umsatz im Monat hätte ich mir eine bevorzugten Behandlung gewünscht und zumindest die Tragetasche umsonst zu bekommen. Immerhin gab es bis vor kurzem noch 10% für registrierte Kunden das gibt es online aber auch. Allerdings im verkrampften Versuch an Kundenbindung ist seit Oktober ein Punkte System eingeführt worden ohne jegliche Berücksichtigung des jeweiligen Kunden und seinem Umsatz. Ich hab beschlossen von nun an mein Geld einer anderen Firma zukommen zu lassen, mich sehen die Abzocker nie wieder. The shop in a good location is a bit hidden. From now on I have decided to send my money to another company, the rip-offs will never see me again.
L	Lindi Hop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bestelle normalerweise im Onlineshop aber wenn ich zwischendurch nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten brauche, schaue ich kurz im Geschäft vorbei. Es liegt ein bisschen versteckt aber der Vorteil ist, dass man sich nicht durch die ganze Mall quälen sondern nur kurz von der U-Bahn hoch muss. Obwohl das Geschäft recht klein ist, habe ich bisher noch alles gefunden, was ich gebraucht habe. Wenn man etwas nicht auf Anhieb findet, ist gleich der freundliche Mitarbeiter zur Stelle. Ich habe ihn bisher immer zuvorkommend und aufmerksam erlebt, auch wenn in manchen Bewertungen etwas anderes steht. Eine Beratung zu einem Produkt habe ich eigentlich noch nie gebraucht, weil ich im Vorhinein ja immer schon weiß, wonach ich suche. Ich verwende unter anderem regelmäßig diverse Produkte von Biotech und finde Preis/Leistung in Ordnung. Es gibt auch immer wieder Aktionen, die sowohl online als auch im Shop gelten. Die könnte man allerdings außerhalb des Shops etwas besser bewerben. Ich erfahre immer nur durch den Newsletter davon. Ich kann den Shop und die Produkte jedenfalls empfehlen. It's a bit hidden, but the advantage is that you don't have to struggle through the whole mall, you just have to get up from the subway for a short while. Although the business is quite small, so far I have found everything I needed. If you don't find something straight away, the friendly staff is there to help. So far I have always seen him courteous and attentive, even if some reviews say something different. I've actually never needed advice on a product because I always know in advance what I'm looking for. Among other things, I regularly use various products from Biotech and find the price / performance to be okay. There are also always promotions that apply both online and in the shop. However, this could be advertised a little better outside of the shop. I only ever find out about it through the newsletter. I can definitely recommend the shop and the products.
