Auf die Frage (in dem Zusammenhang relevant, aber erfordere ein zu weites Ausholen), ob er derjenige war, der das Paket am Vortag entgegengenommen habe, meinte der Inhaber "Das geht Sie nichts an!" und wurde aggressiv (Inklusive Anfeindungen, ich sei nicht richtig im Kopf, ...). Vollkommen unverständlich, warum hier so ein Geheimnis um so eine einfache Frage gemacht werden musste. Immerhin war der Paketshop an besagtem Tag geschlossen und der Inhaber 15 Minuten nach der dokumentierten Übernahme unterwegs (dokumentiertes Telefonat). Mir ist durchaus klar, dass so ein Paketshop auch die Probleme erbt, die eigentlich der Paketdienstleister verursacht hat. Aber nichts rechtfertigt so ein aggressives Auftreten, wenn es doch eh nichts zu verheimlichen gibt. Absolutely unprofessional. When asked (relevant in this context, but requires going too far) whether he was the one who had received the parcel the day before, the owner said "That is none of your business!" and became aggressive (including hostility, I wasn't right in the head, ...). Completely incomprehensible why such a secret had to be made about such a simple question. After all, the parcel shop was closed on the day mentioned and the owner was on the road 15 minutes after the documented takeover (documented phone call). It is very clear to me that such a parcel shop inherits the problems that the parcel service provider actually caused. But nothing justifies such an aggressive demeanor if there is nothing to hide anyway.

Falschauskunft, da er meinte dass er die Nummer nicht online nachsehen kann wo das Paket ist. Darauf angesprochen reagierte dieser sofort sehr aggressiv ohne zuzuhören. Völlig unverständliche Reaktion. Meine Frau hatte Angst. Ich würde jeden Kontakt mit diesem Shop meiden!!! Absolutely disastrous! Unfortunately unusable as a parcel shop. It took 5 visits for the owner to find the packages! Big chaos, no order. False information, since he said that he cannot look up the number online where the package is. When asked, he immediately reacted very aggressively without listening. Totally incomprehensible reaction. My wife was scared. I would avoid any contact with this shop !!!
