★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online Shopping is a big Scam in here , after ordering( in the black friday online) a gift for my wife , I waited one month but nothing came , then I sent an Email asking about my order they sent me immediately a cancellation for my order!!!!!!! I didn't ask for any return , I just asked where is my order??
Now I have to buy this product again but in a normal price . This is a big Scamming and a most unprofessional behavior from the customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What the hell with the service... I bought an oven, showed photos and measurements of my kitchen to the consultant, since I have no idea about the installation and what is needed. All was fine, he said, so I ordered it. Not only instead of estimated 2 weeks it took exactly 7, but when the crew arrived with the oven it turned out it cannot be installed because the furniture is not adjusted to it. Such an incompetence from the consultant's side it's unbelievable. Absolutely not recommended. (Edit: sent an email to the customer service first thing)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was today to take some products in instalments and when I was to the office where I should do the credit check and papers with my girlfriend I get the answer from two-person what it was in that office I was notified I'm not eligible for instalments because I don't speak German and is not allowed to speak English with the customers and I ask to speak with the manager of the shop and none of them doesn't no about the manager of media market Wien mitte.. This is not normal is racism hello Austria is in the union of Europe
