★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an okay H&M in terms of size and content, not my favorite. What really stands out here is the vibe from the employees. All of them I have enountered in my several times being there are super unfriendly and seem to hate working with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not commenting on the quality of fabric as after all this is a chain - you get what you pay for and that’s good, but surely it’s not made in Austria.
Saying that, I love this store for the family feel you get when you look at the staff working there- they greet each other, embrace each other lovingly and whilst being busy always they seem to be able to cheer themselves on too. Vibrant!
Store is a good layout minus the stairs as if you are handicapped that’s a minus. But very airy and certainly lots of cloths on show

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ H&M is a great shop to purchase kids clothing at a great price but I wasn't wowed on my last trip here as the selection for Children's clothing had gone downhill. Perhaps it was in between seasons so the selection had faded, but it seemed to be slim pickings in really all departments and what was there was quite boring, not like their usual collections.
The person at checkout was not the friendliest, unfortunately. He definitely didn't seem like he wanted to be there.
This was my first time at this H&M location.
