Eingehen auf Einzelsituationen war nicht möglich (Trotz Termin konnte mir keiner sagen wie lange es noch dauern wird bis ich dran komme). Mein Kind holt sich halt nicht selbst vom Kindergarten ab. Ich habe mich eher als Nummer wie als Mensch gefühlt. Schade. Es gibt bei Ärzten sehr gute Beispiele wie Patienten gut und persönlich mit Terminen organisiert werden können. Aber Organisation ist bei wenig Ärzten bisher angekommen. My experience is unfortunately negative. Taking on individual situations was not possible (despite the appointment could not tell me how long it will take until I get off). My child does not pick himself up from kindergarten. I felt more like a number than a human. Too bad. There are very good examples of how patients can be organized well and personally with appointments. But organization has arrived with few doctors so far.

E	Ebru Toy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab mir einen Termin vereinbart musste 1 1/2 stunden warten. Als ich dran war sagte die Ärztin ich kann Sie jetzt nicht untersuchen, da ich viele Stammptienten habe. Bei Ihnen wird das lange dauern und ich muss alles von vorne beginnen. Unhöffliche, nie wieder hingehen nicht empfehlenswert. I made an appointment and had to wait 1 1/2 hours. When it was my turn the doctor said I can't examine you now because I have many regular patients. With you it will take a long time and I have to start everything from the beginning. Rude, never going back not recommended.

F	Florian KAPUSTA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro: Professionelle Untersuchung, kurze Wartezeit, einigermaßen barrierefrei (eRollifahrerinnen könnten es schwierig haben, Eingangshaustor schmal und schwer, Lift schmal) Cons: Ich empfand die Ärztin als unfreundlich, man hätte mir auch am Telefon sagen können, dass aktuell keine neuen Patientinnen aufgenommen werden. Pro: Professional examination, short waiting time, reasonably barrier-free (e-wheelchair users might have a difficult time, narrow and heavy entrance gate, narrow elevator) Cons: I found the doctor to be unfriendly, I could have been told on the phone that no new patients were currently being admitted.
A	A Person on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr enttäuscht von dem Verhalten und dem Service von Dr. Malis. Sie war seit Jahren meine Augenärztin. Die letzten paar Jahre hatte ich keine Probleme und war deshalb länger nicht bei ihr. Bei einer neuliche Kontrolle durfte ich zuerst 2 Stunden warten. Jedoch noch schlimmer wurde mir halbherzig eine Diagnose gesagt, auch nach Anfrage wurde ich nicht weiter beraten und abgetan mit sie hätte zu viele Patienten und ich solle zu einem anderen Arzt. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen nach einem Befund habe ich lediglich einen Schmierzettel mit ein paar hingefetzten Wörtern erhalten. Entweder hat sie nicht das richtige Wissen und Können um ihre Patienten zu behandeln oder sie hat jegliche Professionalität verloren. Very disappointed with the behavior and service from Dr. Malis. She had been my ophthalmologist for years. I haven't had any problems for the last couple of years, so I haven't been with her for a long time. At a recent inspection I was allowed to wait 2 hours first. But even worse, I was half-heartedly told a diagnosis, even after my request I was not given any further advice and dismissed with too many patients and I should see another doctor. After asking several times about a finding, I only received a scrap of paper with a few words chipped down on it. Either she does not have the right knowledge and skills to treat her patients or she has lost all professionalism.

Ich freue mich diese Ordination über Google gefunden zu haben und komme gerne wieder. Pleasant atmosphere in the waiting room. Very friendly lady at reception. Short waiting time. Dr. Malis is competent and very personable. I am happy to have found this ordination via Google and would love to come back.

Nettes, kompetentes, einfühlendes Personal welches sich für Patienten auch Zeit nimmt. The doctor responds very carefully to her patients. - I felt very well advised. I hope the next appointment goes just as well. Nice, competent, empathetic staff who also take their time for patients.
