E	Emanuel Novy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ordination ist neu eingerichtet, die Mitarbeiter und die Ärztin sehr freundlich. Da sehr viele Leute da waren musste ich jedoch trotz Termin noch recht lange warten. Ansonsten wären es 5 von 5 Sternen geworden, gehe sicher wieder hin wenn ich etwas brauche, nur dann mit Buch. The practice has been newly set up, the staff and the doctor are very friendly. Since there were a lot of people, I had to wait a long time despite the appointment. Otherwise it would have been 5 out of 5 stars, go back if I need anything, only with a book.
B	Bbb Ruder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empfangsdame ist einfach unmöglich!!!! Diesen Benehmen ist einfach nicht zu ertragen. Schreit herum und kann die simpelsten Sachen nicht. Sonst war der restliche Besuch auch nicht gerade toll... Receptionist is just impossible !!!! This behavior is simply unbearable. Screams and can't do the simplest things. Otherwise the rest of the visit wasn't great either ...
B	Bb Bb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unhöfliche Ärztin. Wenn man ihr Fragen stellt wird sie sehr schnell frech und rotzig. Und Wartezeiten waren sehr lang obwohl fast niemand mehr da war. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!! Very rude doctor. If you ask her questions, she gets cheeky and snotty very quickly. And waiting times were very long even though almost no one was there. Not recommendable!!!!

Die Empfangsdame war in Ordnung , die Assistentinnen waren beide sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die jüngere Dame (die die meisten Untersuchungen bei den Kindern macht ) war sehr einfühlsam und nett! Die Frau Doktor selbst dann auch! Ich kann die Praxis guten Gewissens (vor allem auch mit Kindern) weiter empfehlen! Was here with my husband and two older sons (5 and 3 years old). We are completely satisfied! The receptionist was fine, the assistants were both very friendly and tried hard. The younger lady (who does most of the child research) was very empathetic and kind! The doctor herself too! I can recommend the practice with a clear conscience (especially with children)!

I've been calling for 2 weeks and I'm only being sent back and forth, I've paid unnecessary money to other doctors because they are incompetent!

Very nice doctor and nice, helpful reception team. Nice modern practice. Was also really quick with Akuttermin. Couldn't really complain about anything.

Leider findet man das selten. Danke für die rasche Hilfe! Urgently needed help with an eye infection today. Simply a top team! Incredibly nice doctor - competent and friendly. Also very friendly at the reception. Unfortunately, this is rarely found. Thanks for the quick help!

Ausserdem gibt es immer Probleme mit dem Verordnungsschein für eine Computerbrille beim Optiker. Competent doctor, but unfortunately she is almost never there and you come to representations where you don't feel that you are in good hands. In addition, there are always problems with the prescription certificate for computer glasses at the optician's.
