Bei Unklarheiten kamen Aussagen wie "Wollen Sie das nicht verstehen oder können Sie das nicht verstehen?". Die Höhe war, als sie über ihre eigene Kollegin, die mich an sie weiterleitete, schimpfte. Schnelle Terminvergabe, höfliche Auskunft über die per Mail zuzustellenden Dokumente, teils längere Wartezeit bis sich jemand meldet aber das ist verständlich wenn alle auf einmal etwas benötigen. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend wenn man selbst freundlich bleibt. Besonders die Dame bei der Anmeldung im Erdgeschoß. Höflichkeit währt am längsten ?
