E	Erich Kässmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem mein bisheriger lnangjähriger Augenarzt in Pensoin gegangen ist, musste ich mir einen Neuen suchen und habe dabei auch die Bewertungen zur Entscheidung herangezogen. Ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Die Erstuntersuchung dauerte knappe 45 Minuten und war sehr ruhig und professionell. Es wurden mir aufgrunddes Ergebnisses dieser eingehenden Untersuchung neue Kontaktlinsen angepasst, wobei vorerst Probelinsen versucht wurde, um das Ergebnis der Untersuchung in der Praxis zu testen. Der Arzt ist unbedingt empfehlenswert, da auch die vereinbarten Termine eingehalten werden und praktisch keine Wartezeit entsteht. After my previous long-term ophthalmologist went to Pensoin, I had to find a new one and also used the ratings to help me decide. I was not disappointed. The initial examination lasted almost 45 minutes and was very calm and professional. Based on the result of this in-depth examination, new contact lenses were fitted to me, and trial lenses were initially tried to test the result of the examination in practice. The doctor is highly recommended, as the agreed appointments are kept and there is practically no waiting time.

Es gab keine Wartezeit, alle meine Fragen wurden beantwortet und die Untersuchung selbst lief ebenfalls sehr professionell ab. Herr Dr. Sayegh hat mir auch alles sehr verständlich erklärt. Die Sprechstundenhilfe war ebenfalls super freundlich. Ich komme bestimmt wieder! Thanks to the doctor! I contacted Dr. med. Sayegh felt very well. Das freundliche, äußerst zuvorkommende und hilfreiche Team hat zur Folge, dass man sich hier wirklich als Gast und liebvoll umsorgten Kunden und nicht als Patient fühlt. Wartezeit: unter 10 Minuten ?? Termin nach 17.00 Uhr: problemlos möglich ?? überfüllter Wartebereich: Nein. Im Gegenteil: Hier funktioniert das Terminmanagement! A doctor who takes plenty of time for his "guests" and explains complicated issues patiently and clearly! The friendly, extremely courteous and helpful team means that you really feel like a guest and lovingly cared for customer here and not as a patient. Waiting time: less than 10 minutes ?? Appointments after 5 p.m .: possible without any problems ?? Overcrowded waiting area: no. On the contrary: the appointment management works here!

Ich hätte um 14.30 den Termin und habe zwei mal um 14:20 angerufen um ihn noch rechtzeitig abzusagen allerdings hat keiner aufgehoben. Danach hat die unhöfliche Dame am Telefon mich um 14:48 zurückgerufen, also HALBE STUNDE STÄTER und ich habe gesagt, dass ich mich wegen Terminstornierung gemeldet habe. Antwort; "Ja wäre schön wenn Sie's früher absagen würden weil ich sitz seit ner halben Stunde alleine." 1. Ich habe mich rechtzeitig gemeldet, wenn sie nicht aufheben ist das nicht mein Problem. 2. Sie sind möglicherweise halbe Stunde gegessen weil Sie das Telefon nicht rechtzeitig aufgehoben haben.Also können Sie nicht die Schuld nicht einfach auf mich schieben. Selbst wenn es so wäre, dass Sie wegen mir warten müssen, drückt man's den PatientInnen nicht so aus! Und während ich noch rede können Sie nicht einfach auflegen bitte. Einfach respektlos! Er nimmt sich ausreichend für die Untersuchung Zeit, nimmt die Anliegen des Patienten sehr ernst und erklärt auch sämtliche Untersuchungen. Man bekommt auch in dringenden Fällen sofort einen Termin, wobei man auch die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Teams erwähnen muss. It really feels good to be a patient of Mr. Doz. Sayegh. Dr. Ramzi Sayegh hat sich ganz wunderbar um mich gekümmert und all meine Fragen geduldig beantwortet. Die Arztpraxis ist modern eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Begrüßung ist freundlich. Ich parke immer im Donauzentrum und gehe die 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Herrn Doktor. Ich bedanke mich freundlich. Unfortunately, my eyes are not the very best and therefore I need one or the other examination! dr Ramzi Sayegh took wonderful care of me and patiently answered all my questions.
