Wenn die Praxis nun in diesen Zeiten überfüllt ist, muß man eben warten, ob persönlich oder Telefon (die Anlage schaltet sich oft selbst aus, weil sie überlastet ist). Es ist eben kein Luxus Hotel, doch die Ärzte und das Team versuchen zu helfen und es jedem recht zu machen. Es werden Rückrufe vereinbart, die rasch und so bald als möglich erfolgen. Man kann in Zeiten wie diesen nur dankbar sein für dieses Primärversorgungszentrum ! Have been a patient for many years. If the practice is now overcrowded during these times, you just have to wait, whether in person or by telephone (the system often switches itself off because it is overloaded).
