Ich habe bereits einige Beauty Ärzte in Wien aufgesucht und Behandlungen durchführen lassen, war jedoch nie zu 100% zufrieden. Bei Lightmed ist das nun ganz anders. Schon allein das Beratungsgespräch war viel ausführlicher als bei all den anderen Ärzten davor. Die Ärztin ist nicht nur kompetent sondern obendrein auch noch super sympathisch. Ganz besonders gefällt mir auch , dass die Ärztin mir davor genau gezeigt hat, welches Produkt Sie verwendet. Sowas kannte ich davor nicht. Bei all den anderen wurden die Injektionen einfach wortlos und abseits vom Patienten aufgezogen und verabreicht. Ich wusste nie genau welches Produkt angewendet wurde… Auch die Preise finde ich völlig angemessen. Liebes Lightmed Team, ihr macht das wirklich toll! I would be happy to recommend this address to others! I have already visited a few beauty doctors in Vienna and had treatments carried out, but I was never 100% satisfied. At Lightmed it is completely different. The consultation alone was much more detailed than with all the other doctors before. The doctor is not only competent but also super personable. I particularly like that the doctor showed me exactly which product she was using beforehand. I didn't know anything like that before. For all the others, the injections were simply drawn and administered silently and away from the patient. I never knew exactly which product was used ... I also find the prices completely reasonable. Dear Lightmed Team, you are doing really great!

Сотрудник на ресепшене работает медленно и невнимательно, телефонные разговоры ставит в приоритет. 2) Невозможно было оплатить прием картой, заранее об этом не предупредили. 3) Обращение в целом не очень вежливое. Дополнение: не понимаю, как мой уровень владения немецким должен влиять на мой отзыв о русскоязычном сотруднике ресепшена . И да, в Австрии мы таки проживаем, но к Вам больше не придем. Спасибо. The overall impression is unsatisfactory, given that the clinic is paid. The points: 1) You have to wait a very long time, what is the reception, what is the payment. The employee at the reception works slowly and inattentively, prioritizes telephone calls. 2) It was impossible to pay for the reception by card, they did not warn about it in advance. 3) The treatment is generally not very polite. Addendum: I don’t understand how my level of German should affect my feedback about the Russian-speaking receptionist. And yes, we still live in Austria, but we will not come to you again. Thank you.

Es gibt nicht ,,nur“ Vitamin C, sondern eine sehr viel breitere Palette. Das gesamte Team ist sehr professionell und man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben. Die Infusionen sind perfekt für alle, die einen stressigen Alltag haben und sich ,,mehr Energie“ holen möchten! Top!
