★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich möchte unbedingt (wenn auch nicht unter meinem richtigen Namen) eine positive Bewertung über die VENUSMED Klinik hier lassen.
Ich war wegen eines OP Schwangerschaftsabbruches dort (Spirale verrutscht). Ich kann mir denken, dass sich viele Frauen in dieser Situation nicht unbedingt sicher sind, wo sie hingehen sollen, ich war mir auch nicht sicher.
Jetzt kann ich nur sagen: In der VENUSMED Klinik seid ihr wahnsinnig gut aufgehoben! Ein verständnisvolles hoch-kompetentes Ärzteteam meets super-professionelle Anästhesistinnen meets Angst-nehmende humorvolle Pfleger. Nicht zu vergessen die nette Empfangsdame.
Termin hatte ich auch sofort bekommen, was gerade in so einem Fall unerlässlich ist.
Danke dass ihr uns so gut unterstützt habt in dieser für uns doch sehr schwierigen Situation! ?
I really want to leave a positive review of the VENUSMED clinic here (even if not under my real name).
I was there for an abortion operation (spiral slipped). I can imagine that many women in this situation are not necessarily sure where to go, nor was I sure.
Now I can only say: You are in really good hands at the VENUSMED Clinic! An understanding, highly competent medical team meets super-professional anesthetists meets fearful, humorous nurses. Not to forget the nice receptionist.
I got an appointment straight away, which is essential in such a case.
Thank you for supporting us so well in this very difficult situation for us! ?

Alles Ordentlich schnell und serious.
Ich habe nur eine Frage warum kann man seit einigen tagen nichts mehr telefonisch besprechen oder zu Venus Med gehen?
Wenn man die Nummer anruft geht eine Frau ran die von einer ganz anderen Firma ist und sagt das Sie geschlossen haben und Sie auch nicht wissen warum ich hätte mir gewünscht das es auf ihrer Website steht oder man Sie irgendwie noch wenigstens telefonisch erreichen kann aber das geht leider nicht.
Sonst hätte ich 5/5 sternen gegeben.
Hello, I did the risk check and it was discussed on the phone as agreed, diagnosis everything OK.
Everything neatly fast and serious.
I just have one question, why hasn't it been possible to discuss anything by phone or go to Venus Med for a few days?
If you call the number, a woman who is from a completely different company answers and says that you are closed and you don't know why either. I would have liked it to be on your website or you could at least be reached by phone somehow, but that works Unfortunately not.
Otherwise I would have given 5/5 stars.
