Ich habe im Endeffekt ein nicht passendes und dadurch unbrauchbares Produkt bekommen, auch da mir nicht angeboten wurde, es anzuprobieren. Nach dieser bitteren Enttäuschung graust es mir vor einem weiteren Besuch, um um einen Umtausch anzusuchen. Super unfriendly treatment and bad advice on top of that. In the end, I received an unsuitable and therefore unusable product, also because I was not offered to try it on. After this bitter disappointment, I dread visiting again to request an exchange.

F	F G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abgesehen von der bereits mehrfach unfreundlichen Beratung, wurden diesmal die falschen Artikel bestellt und ich als Schuldige dargestellt („wieso sagen sie denn nichts?“) obwohl auf der ärztlichen Verordnung eindeutig andere Artikel vorgesehen waren. Schlussendlich musste ich dann alle Artikel übernehmen weil ich entweder alle Artikel übernehmen konnte oder gar keine. Nachdem ich aber eines dringend benötigt habe blieb mir jedoch keine andere Wahl. Servicegedanken & Problemlösungskompetenz nicht vorhanden. Ich möchte nicht wissen wie diese Mitarbeiter mit älteren & unsicheren Personen umgehen. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert - ich werde mir ein neues Geschäft suchen… Apart from the already unfriendly advice, this time the wrong articles were ordered and I was shown as the culprit (“why don't you say anything?”) Although the medical prescription clearly provided for other articles. Der Eingang ist in einem Hof und sieht eher wie eine Werkstatt aus! Aber innen passt alles! Freundliche immer hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterinnen und große Auswahl an Sanitätsartikel! Das meiste ist vorrätig und der Rest wird in kürzester Zeit besorgt und bei Bedarf mit einer Liefergebühr frei Haus geliefert! Also nicht von außen abschrecken lassen hier seid ihr gut aufgehoben wenn ihr Verbände, Rollstühle, Gehilfen usw benötigt! Unfortunately, I can only give 4 points, but only because it doesn't really look like a permanent one from the outside! The entrance is in a courtyard and looks more like a workshop! But everything fits inside! Friendly, always helpful employees and a large selection of medical supplies! Most are in stock and the rest will be sourced in no time and delivered with a free delivery fee if required! So don't let the outside put you off, you're in good hands here if you need bandages, wheelchairs, helpers, etc.!

Mal habe ich gerade telefoniert. Danach habe ich sofort dort angerufen, und jetzt beginnen Sie bitte, von vorne zu lesen ... Null Service bei immens hohen Preisen - nie wieder!!! Es gibt kleinere Geschäfte mit guter Ware zu besseren Preisen und mit besserem Service! After what felt like an eternity on hold, I got an answering machine and asked to be called back. The 1st time I didn't get a call back, the 2nd time I just spoke on the phone. After that I immediately called there, and now please start reading from the beginning ... Zero service at immensely high prices - never again! There are smaller shops with good goods at better prices and with better service!

However, by the second day at work my feet were sliding from side to side in the shoes, there was no support for my arches and my knees were really sore. My friend said to me, look how you are walking and I was walking to one side which was throwing my hips out. I have tried to contact the shop representative but have received no answer to date.
