S	Sandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann hauptsächlich über die Tierärztin (Dr. Rost) berichten: Sehr freundlich, kompetent und verständnisvoll. Ihr Umgang mit meinen 3 Ratten war sehr vorsichtig und liebevoll, sie nahm sich auch ausreichend Zeit für die Tiere. Dort sind meine Haustiere sehr gut aufgehoben. Sehr sympathisch und empathisch. Preis - Leistung ist Top und auch mit der Terminvergabe bin ich sehr zufrieden. Ordination und Assistenten waren sehr nett. Diesen Tierarzt kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! :) I can mainly report on the veterinarian (Dr. Rost): Very friendly, competent and understanding. Her handling of my 3 rats was very careful and loving, she also took enough time for the animals. My pets are very well cared for there. Very personable and empathetic. Price-performance is top and I am also very satisfied with the appointment. Ordination and assistants were very nice. I can only recommend this vet! :)
A	Andi B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jetzt muss ich mal ein Lob los werden! Kurz zur „Krankenakte“ meines Kito‘s (Bengalkater): er hat FORL und wurde bereits dreimal in der Tierarztpaxis Kagran operiert. Man liest, dass diese Krankheit leider selten vom Tierazt erkannt wird aber bei euch natürlich nicht. ? Gleich beim ersten mal erkannt, ein Dentalröntgen gemacht und alle akuten Zähne gezogen bzw. bearbeitet. Das ganze Spiel noch zweimal und jetzt sollte damit Schluss sein. Ich bekam immer schnell einen Termin! Es wird nachher alles super erklärt damit es auch ein Laie versteht. Mein Kito hat auch jede Narkose gut überstanden und es ging ihm nachher immer besser! ?? Ich kann die Tierarztpraxis Kagran mit ruhigen Gewissen weiter empfehlen und werde dort weiterhin ‚Patient‘/Kunde sein! ?????? Now I have to get rid of some praise! Briefly to the "medical record" of my Kito‘s (Bengal cat): he has FORL and has already been operated three times in the veterinary practice Kagran. One reads that this disease is unfortunately rarely recognized by the veterinarian but of course not with you. ? Recognized the first time, made a dental x-ray and pulled or processed all acute teeth. The whole game twice more and now it should be over. I always got an appointment quickly! Everything will be explained afterwards so that even a layperson will understand it. My Kito survived every anesthetic well and he got better and better afterwards! ?? I can recommend the veterinary practice Kagran with a clear conscience and will continue to be a 'patient' / customer there! ??????

You always get an appointment quickly, he always takes his time with the animals. There is no rush to get you out the door, and usually there is very little waiting. I have been bringing my animals to Dr. Basika for over 8 years now, and despite having a vet in the building I live in, I always return to Dr. Basika.

They have a lab, Röntgen (x-ray), and the staff is so kind. My young dog gets excited about going in, she is always very happy, even on the table, they don't force anything, if the dog can cooperate, they wait for it.
