Die Dame am Empfang nahm meine Daten entgegen, machte einen Blick in den PC und meinte dann, ab OKTOBER!!!! Wenn jemand Probleme mit seinen Augen hat, ich habe das vorher bekannt gegeben, will und kann man nicht ein halbes Jahr warten. Absolutely under any criticism! At the beginning of April, I was personally in the office to make an appointment. The lady at the reception took my data, took a look in the PC and then said, from OCTOBER !!!! If someone has problems with their eyes, I have previously announced that, and you can not and do not wait half a year.

Man wird in Rekordzeit abgefertigt, bekommt keine ordentlichen Erklärungen und wird noch überheblich und genervt angeschnauzt, wenn man nachfragt wie man ein Medikament genau einnehmen soll. Zusätzlich wird die Sprechstundenhilfe vor dem Patienten herein gerufen und zusammen gestaucht, weil nicht ordentlich geputzt wurde - sehr professionell. Nie wieder! The most unfriendly doctor I've ever encountered. You will be processed in record time, get no decent explanations and is still arrogant and annoyed schnnauzt when you ask how you should take a drug exactly. In addition, the nurse is called in front of the patient in and compressed, because not properly cleaned - very professional. Never again!

Mussten 3/4 stunde erst mla warten, bis wir dran kamen, und das nicht bei der Ärztin, sondern bei wem? Weiß ich nicht.hat den sehtest gemacht. Dann hieß es sie bräuchte eine Brille. Gut, ist dchon mal nicht so toll zu hören. Anschließend wurde sie eingetropft. Nach 15 min, wurden wir wieder reingerufen um wieder eingetropft zu werden,weil bei dunklen Augen es oft 2 mal gemacht werden muss?! Diesmam halbe Stunde(!) gewartet um kurz hinters Auge zu sehen. Danach hieß es wir werden aufgerufen zur Ärztin. Eine Zumutung für ein Kind, 2 Stunden zu warten. Endlich bei der Ärztin, wurde angenommen und unterstellt, dke Kurzsichtigkeit käme vom distance learning(sie geht nicht zur Schule) dann hieß es vom Handyschauen, ehm sicher nicht weil sie das nicht darf und wenn dann dosiert. Was sie sonst mache, wenn nicht Handyschauen?! Meine Antwort spielen. Frage ihrerseits Was spielt sie?Mit allem möglichen, was Kinder so spielen. Die Antwort hat wohl auch nicht zur Diagnose gepasst. Frische Luft wurde empfohlen. Toller Rat! Nie wieder. Inkompetent und unfreundlich. Aja das parkticket wird auch nicht gestempelt, wie bei allen Ärzten sonst im med 22.Vielen Dank für gar nichts. I was in ordi today with my daughter (almost 6 years old). Never again! Had to wait 3/4 of an hour until we got it, and not with the doctor, but with whom? I don't know. Did the eye test. Then it was said she needed glasses. Well, it's not that great to hear. Then it was instilled. After 15 minutes, we were called back in to be dripped in again, because with dark eyes it often has to be done twice ?! Waited for half an hour (!) This time to look behind the eye. Then it was called we are called to the doctor. An imposition for a child to wait 2 hours. Finally with the doctor, it was assumed and assumed that the shortsightedness came from distance learning (she does not go to school) then it was from looking at the cell phone, ehm sure not because she is not allowed to do that and if so, then doses. What else is she doing if not looking at her cell phone ?! Play my answer. In turn, ask what she plays with everything that children play with. The answer probably didn't fit the diagnosis either. Fresh air was recommended. Great advice! Never again. Incompetent and unfriendly. Well, the parking ticket is not stamped either, as with all other doctors in the med 22. Thank you for nothing.
M	Magdalena Petris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliche und kompetente Beratung von der Ärztin und Assistentinen. Gut mit dem Auto und den Öffis zu erreichen. Man muss einen Termin vereinbaren. War bei der Kontrolle, in 6 Moate nochmals Kontrolle. Durch Corona ist alles ein bisschen anders. Very friendly and competent advice from the doctor and assistants. Easily accessible by car and public transport. You have to make an appointment. Was at the control, in 6 months control again. Corona has made everything a little different.

DR und das war auch der letzte Besuch in dieser Ordination! Man wird komisch angeschaut wenn man nur Getestet ist und blöd angemacht weil man in einem Beruf arbeitet was Sie dachte anscheinend (so is es rüber gekommen) das man geimpft sein muss. Ihre Worte (und Sie sind nicht geimpft? ) Nein aber getestet bin Ich! (war so geschock) Von einem Arzt erwartet man sich das sie neutral mit dem Patienten umgehen und das man sich nicht gleich diskriminiert oder unfair behandelt fühlt echt traurig... Und seit wann muss man einen 3G nachweis bei einem Arzt mithaben? Was wenn man nix von den 3G sachen hat wird man dann einfach weg geschickt weil man so zu sagen ein "Notfall" ist bzw einen normalen Kontrolltermin hat?! I was always super satisfied, everyone was always very friendly, but what happened today really went too far with Ms. DR and that was also the last visit to this surgery! People look at you funny if you're only tested and teased because you work in a profession that you apparently thought (that's how it came across) that you have to be vaccinated. Your words (and you are not vaccinated? ) No but I am tested! (was so shocked) You expect a doctor to be neutral with the patient and that you don't feel discriminated against or treated unfairly, really sad... And since when do you have to have 3G proof with you when you visit a doctor? What if you don't have anything from the 3G things, you are simply sent away because you are, so to speak, an "emergency" or have a normal check-up appointment?!
C	Claudia Voith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder. Man wird einfach weitergereicht von einer zu anderen Untersuchung und bekommt am Ende keine Diagnose. Meine kleine Tochter meinte nur: "die waren ganz schön frech zu uns". Lieber zu einem Privatarzt!! Never again. You are simply passed on from one examination to another and in the end you don't get a diagnosis. My little daughter only said: "They were pretty cheeky to us". Better to see a private doctor!!
