(gesetzlich vorgeschreiben sind alle 2 Jahre) darauf die präpotente aussage: "gegen die HV haben Sie keine Handhabe, und den Eigentümer könnens jetzt auch nimma belangen" 1 Monat nach endlicher HV sommer 19 meine Nachfrage nach dem Protokoll / genaue Zahlen, die Antwort: "Da gibt es keine Fristen" ..... ich kann nur abraten
In housing purchase in 2015, despite release of the seller, no information that the house has severe + KNOWN tree defects. 4 years no owner meeting. (prescribed by law every 2 years) on the presumptuous statement: "against the HV you have no handle, and the owner can now nimma nag" 1 month after finite HV summer 19 my request for the protocol / exact numbers, the answer: "There are no deadlines" ..... I can only advise against
