M	Martina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin sehr verärgert, habe Dr. Ehrhardt erst- und letztmalig besucht. Habe extra Termin mit ihr vereinbart. Bin geimpft und habe vor meinem Termin Covid-Test zu Hause gemacht. Weder wenn man die Homepage öffnet, noch unter Patienteninformation, noch bei der Terminvereinbarung selbst gibt es einen Hinweis, dass man Test aus der Apotheke braucht. Ich war allein in der Ordination und mit Maske. Wurde von der Assistentin wieder heimgeschickt, Frau Dr. nimmt mich ohne Test nicht dran, Vorschrift der Ärztekammer. Es gibt gar keine diesbezügliche Vorschrift. Ein Test vor Ort wäre wohl auch eine Alternative gewesen. Nicht für Frau Dr. Ehrhardt. I am very upset that Dr. Ehrhardt visited for the first time and for the last time. I made an extra appointment with her. I have been vaccinated and did a Covid test at home before my appointment. Neither when you open the homepage, under patient information, nor when making an appointment yourself, there is a notice that you need a test from the pharmacy. I was alone in the ordination and wearing a mask. Was sent home by the assistant, Dr. Doesn't take me on without a test, regulation of the medical association. There is no such thing as a regulation. An on-site test would have been an alternative. Not for Dr. Ehrhardt.
A	Andreas Hartmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde sehr gut beraten und alles sehr gewissenhaft angesehn und behandelt. Toll finde ich das Online Terminsysthem , das funktioniert sehr gut. Eine Hausärztin nach der alten Schule die auch viel zu tuen hat, aber immer gut hinhört was das Thema ist. Scheint auch sehr engagiert zu sein und Ihren Beruf gerne auszuüben. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Was very well advised and everything looked at and treated very conscientiously. I think the online appointment system is great, it works very well. An old-school family doctor who also has a lot to do, but always listens carefully to what the topic is. Also seems very dedicated and enjoys your job. I can only recommend.

Danke, wenn es schnell gehen muss dann dahin. Super nettes Team. My children really don't like going to the doctor... but at this practice they immediately felt unsafe. Thanks, if it has to go fast then go there. Super nice team.

Sehr sorgfältig. Was looking for a family doctor practice that still accepts patients. I saw a few doctors, and Dr. Ehrhardt was a good fit. Very carefully.
F	Felix Durr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich war wegen Schmerzen im Rücken in der Praxis von Dr.Ehrhardt und wurde rasch und unbürokratisch behandelt. Die Diagnose Bandscheibe hat gestimmt und es wurde alles notwenige in die Wege geleitet. Nach ein par so Infusionen und ein paar Untersuchungen musste ich Gott sei Dank nicht ins Kranknehaus.... Habe schnelle und richtige Hilfe bekommen. Danke I was in Dr. Ehrhardt's practice because of back pain and was treated quickly and unbureaucratically. The diagnosis of an intervertebral disc was correct and everything necessary was initiated. After a couple of infusions and a few tests, thank God I didn't have to go to the hospital.... Got quick and correct help. Thanks

Froh bin ich über die umfassende Abklärung und die kompetente Behandlung. Mir wurde alles gut erklärt, so dass ich es verstanden habe. After long problems with my immune system, I often had infections and problems...didn't know what that was. I am happy about the comprehensive clarification and the competent treatment. Everything was explained to me well so that I understood.
L	Lina Klose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!! Anders als das restliche Personal ist die Ärztin einfach nur unfreundlich und herablassend. Wenn man Sie darauf anspricht kommt als Antwort dass man als Patienten dankbar gegenüber Ärztinnen sein sollte (vor allem während der Pandemie Zeit) und dass Sie nicht beides sein kann: Kompetent und Freundlich. Ich würde jedem diese Praxis abraten und andere Ärztinnen des dritten Bezirks aufsuchen, die vielleicht etwas längere Wartezeiten haben, deswegen aber auch einen zuvorkommenden, freundlichen und menschlichen Umgang zu ihren Patienten pflegen! Definitely not recommended!! Unlike the rest of the staff, the doctor is just rude and condescending. If someone asks you about it, the answer is that as a patient you should be grateful to doctors (especially during the pandemic) and that you cannot be both: competent and friendly. I would advise everyone against this practice and go to other doctors in the third district, who may have longer waiting times, but who also treat their patients in a courteous, friendly and humane manner!
