M	Marko Kauderwelsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten eine Besichtigung bei der ein junger Markler J. , der uns klar machte dass er lieber Studenten wider Willen des Wohnungsbesitzers in die Wohnung bringt als ein Paar mit Kind, da Studenten schneller wieder wechseln und er dadurch öfter Provision kassiert (so werden unbefristete Verträge künstlich befristet). Nach dem Termin sagte er zu sich bis Freitag zu melden, was nicht passierte. Auf meinen follow-up-Anruf gab es nur ein abfälliges "wüsst ich was hätt ich mich gemeldet". Absolut unprofessionelles Verhalten Had a tour of the young realtor J., who made it clear to us that he would rather bring students into the apartment against the will of the apartment owner than a couple with children, since students change again more quickly and he therefore collects commission more often (this is how open-ended contracts become artificial limited). After the appointment, he said to report what didn't happen by Friday. On my follow-up call, there was only a derogatory "I know what would I have reported". Absolutely unprofessional behavior

Auch kann ich Herrn Adamovic, welcher mir zu meiner absoluten Traumimmobilie verholfen hat, nur wärmstens empfehlen: fachkundig, aufmerksam und entgegenkommend, jederzeit bereit, hilf- und tatenreich zur Seite zu stehen, auch (und das ist wohl eine absolute Seltenheit) nach erfolgtem Kauf! Wenn ich auch wohl mein zu Hause damit gefunden habe: sollte ein neuerlicher Kauf angedacht werden, dann ausschließlich mit der Hilfe von Herrn Adamovic und JP Immobilien. Vielen herzlich Dank! A big movie theater! Remarkable properties, competent advice - if you are looking for it, you will find it. I can also warmly recommend Mr. Adamovic, who helped me to find my absolute dream property: knowledgeable, attentive and accommodating, always ready, helpful and active, even (and that is an absolute rarity) after the purchase has been made ! No written communication following my response to an add, but rather a phone call from an assistant. The apartment itself could not be visited as it was still occupied, so the agency in fact expects the customer to blindly submit a rental offer. No clear information provided on the possibility to rent a storing place or cellar; the so-called "Mietanbot" form to be completed contained several mistakes and unclear requests, such as the need to name a guarantor (which the agent confirmed not necessary after a phone call) etc.. all in all a rather bad experience, not to be recommended.
