I've been living in one of their apartments for almost a year, they haven't been able to fix anything in the flat. They answer to the phone and they are speaking english and they promise they will do. Thats pretty much what they know to do. Quite useless. Don't bother with this conpany, they are hell

I've never got a single answer for any of my email. I've wrote a lot of letter to them in german and in english too. For example the smoke detector is totally broken in my flat, but they don't care this "small" safety issue. The lights are not working at the staircase of the apartment since months, but nobody cares.

I helped I good (and super busy) friend find an apartment and I was blown away by the friendliness and the professional service of Sebastian Dworak. He really gave it his best and my friend now is happy with his new place. Thank you !

I wish I had something better to say about this company, but unfortunately I don’t. After numerous emails, phone calls and texts to the agent about an apartment they advertised on Willhaben, I finally received an email back with the apartment info and a contact person, different from the one in the advertisment. Of course, I continue to call about the meeting because they didn’t bother. I finally schedule an appointment with the real estate agent V.V. to see the apartment. Because it was Tuesday, and we made an appointment for Monday next week, I ASKED her to inform me in case the apartment gets rented, where she assured me that is not going to happen, because at that time she didn‘t have any other appointments. On that Monday morning I received a text where she asked me to confirm my 16:00 appointment, which I did. Both me and my husband left work earlier to go and see this place. We are both busy people as most other working people are! 7 minutes before we got to the apartment, V.V. called me, saying she doesn’t have the right key and she cannot show us the apartment! And she blamed it on a colleague who is on vacation! She also said she couldn‘t show us the apartment that day even if she gets the right key because she had another appointment at 17:00! So, instead of cancelling the 17:00 appointment and pushing us a bit later, she didn’t even consider it (mind you, I had to suggest this, she didn’t even bother) and then she hangs up the phone! Now, if she didn’t hang up and if she only tried to reschedule us, I would of course understand and let this go. But like this? I decided not to let it go. Because when somebody is so disrespectful, unprofessional and oblivious to my time, they should be rated with the lowest possible review. And, the most interesting thing of all- apartment was off the market 2 hours later.

Very nice company with a nice, gentle, and professional personnel. If you are looking for a house, you are at the right place. Thanks to Luisa Daimer.
