Silvia hat mir leichtere gezeigt da ich mit meinen Knie Probleme habe und schon lange nichts gemacht habe. Mir haben die Übungen großen Spaß gemacht. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde jetzt öfter hingehen.
I was received very friendly. A lot was explained to me and I also did exercises. Silvia showed me easier ones because I have problems with my knees and haven't done anything for a long time. I really enjoyed the exercises. I felt very comfortable and will now go more often.
