Bei uns im Stiegenhaus gibt es eine uralte Holztüre mit Glasscheiben, zwei dieser Glasscheiben sind praktisch immer zerschlagen bzw. kaputt. Hatte angerufen und gefragt, ob es nicht sinnvoller wäre, die gesamte Tür auszutauschen anstatt dauernd die Scheiben zu ersetzen. Kam die Antwort, dass Kostenvoranschläge eingeholt werden würden und die Tür zeitnah ersetzt wird. Toll!
Friendly, always available or call back is offered. Proposals are accepted and in some cases even implemented immediately. We have an ancient wooden door in the stairwell with glass panes, two of these glass panes are practically always smashed or broken. Called and asked if it wouldn't make more sense to replace the entire door instead of constantly replacing the windows. The answer came that cost estimates would be obtained and the door would be replaced promptly. Great!
