But Dpd all drivers I am not said wrong but some drivers are don’t have manners to talk and if they know where keep parcel and hand over but they not give and take back some near shop and give them later you go and receive it’s not good I know because it’s happened with me some Dpd driver do like this the company must control own drivers how they treat own customers

Atleast give me the option to choose the pick up location. But saying that, I still get my package, and I'm m sure you have staffing problems, so all good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DPD kind of lost my first parcel, BUT the second one arrived almost within 24 hours traveling from the south of Germany to Vienna, while I was counting on a delivery time of 6-8 working days. So, great job, super fast delivery. Thanks guys! In terms of making up fo failure that can and will always occur at some point in all kinds of businesses I can only congratulate for this make up. You made me a super happy customer who will use your service again the next time.
Update: Ever since this first event described above I received my parcels regularly much faster than expected and everything got delivered perfectly fine. Great job, DPD Team. Thank you for providing a reliable convenient delivery service. In addition and on top of all the driver offered to help me carry the heavy load all the way to my front door. Very good service indeed and highly appreciated at the specific occasion.
Update after another 7 months of regular orders: I love DPD delivery service. Reliable, on time, very kind and assisting in delivering our monthly heavy load of dog food. Many thanks for this great performance. A perfect come back after our start in summer last year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting an announcement email at 8:15 that my parcel will arrive between 10:30 and 14:30 the same day. For me, that is to short to react. I am not home all day long or have the possibility to check on every private email that arrives while working time.
I got my parcel, so, technically 5 of 5 stars.
The announcement email with this timing is completely useless: 0 of 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don’t order from shops that deliver with DPD because of my terrible experience with DPD in the past; I also use AllesPost to avoid having to deal with them.
This time I didn’t have a choice though, and so my IKEA delivery came with DPD.
DPD did a good job of calling in the morning, asking if I’d be home later that day. Driver called when he arrived and everything went very smooth and easy. I actually tipped the guy.
Giving them a careful 3 stars for now, which is a huge upgrade from the 0 stars I’d usually give them, but this particular order went really well. Keep it up, DPD, you’re on your way to 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver had a problem with our tiny, steep icy road which is completely understandable. He took my number to contact me if he has trouble with future deliveries. Wonderful personal service which is so much appreciated! Maybe a couple simple ways (tel/email) for drivers to contact clients directly if they are having issues would have saved the driver some frustration. I was getting emails from DPD that the package is being delivered but no alert that he was having trouble.
