H	Herbert Bäcker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe eine Seefracht angefragt und selbst nach 14 Tagen mit 3 x urgieren nur eine Antwort erhalten " Die Kollegen werden sich bei Ihnen melden" aber kein Angebot. Tolle Leistung oder ? I asked for sea freight and even after 14 days with 3 x urging only received an answer "The colleagues will contact you" but no offer. Great achievement, right?

Vielen Dank für das entgegenkommen! I couldn't keep the first appointment and 3 days later the driver even helped me to drag my glass house in because I had a broken rib. Thank you for meeting us!
n	nicholas1b on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlicher Lieferant, Bestellung (Couch) wurde praktisch mitten auf der Straße abgestellt, nach Nachfrage, ob er mir helfen kann die Couch zumindest in den Hauseingang zu stellen, antwortete er mit: „nein auf keinen Fall“ und fuhr mit seinem Hubwagen weg. Die 2 Paletten, die dabei waren, waren beide zerstört. Top Service Unfriendly supplier, order (couch) was practically placed in the middle of the street, when I asked if he could help me to at least put the couch in the entrance to the house, he answered: "No, definitely not" and drove away with his pallet truck. The 2 pallets that came with it were both destroyed. Top service

Szefowi zgłosiłem, to cwaniak zadowolony i ALE JA BYM NIE DAŁ.. - bo on by Qrwa spał tyle ile się należy, a nie 5h i jazda dalej!! Do not give the ID to your hand, because they are making a photocopy, which is forbidden !!! I reported him to the boss, he was a smart smart and BUT I WILL NOT GIVE ME .. - because he would sleep as much as he should, not 5 hours and go on !!

Keine Meldung von Seiten Dachser, dass die Lieferung nicht eintrifft. Lieferung sollte zwischen 13-17Uhr eintreffen, und 17Uhr wollte ich Rückfragen ob ich noch auf die Lieferung warten soll - bei Fa. Dachser war natürlich niemand mehr erreichbar. Appointment for receiving the delivery agreed. Delivery not received on the agreed date. No notification from Dachser that the delivery did not arrive. The delivery was supposed to arrive between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., and I wanted to inquire at 5 p.m. whether I should wait for the delivery - of course, no one could be reached at Dachser.

They ask you to wait the whole day at home for the delivery from 8:00 to 17:00 because they cannot tell you a time window when they will come. I was waiting since 08:00 until 13:00 at home and then left. The driver called me at 13:30 and promised me to come back next day at 13:00. Again the whole day I was waiting at home. Then the lady from the company called me and told me that the driver will not come today because he did not took my delivery. I called the driver bit he did not pick up the phone. I said that it’s unacceptable. The lady called me again and said that since the driver promised me to deliver the good today he will pick it up and deliver today around 13:00. At 15:00 (!) the driver called me and said that I have to come to the entrance door of our house because he will not bring it to the door of the flat. They have super bad service, they do not keep their promises and after that they asked customers to come to the entrance door to pick up the order. It’s just crazy. And the drivers like this one should be fired if they cannot work properly.
