Vom Kundenservice kam nie eine Antwort (Ist, finde ich, ein no go).
Das Paket brauchte länger als erwartet. Asendia selbst lässt das Paket von dritten Zustellen. Auf der Website fand ich keine Informationen zu den Partnern im Zustellland. Das macht es sehr schwierig wenn man voraus planen möchte.
Tracking funktioniert, aber war teilweise mehrere Stunden verspätet.
+1 Stern weil das Paket ankam.

There was never an answer from customer service (I think it's a no go).
The package took longer than expected. Asendia itself lets third parties deliver the package. I did not find any information on the partners in the delivery country on the website. That makes it very difficult if you want to plan ahead.
Tracking works, but was sometimes several hours late.
+1 star because the package arrived.
