★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good thing to get a pager at the entrance. Everything is done through the pager. A big minus is a dirty bathroom, but I also blame a truck drivers for that.
+ it has a shower.
+ The guy at the reception speaks English

System broken = sent us a message saying the package was suppose to be delivered on a SUNDAY. Ok, that is obviously not correct since no package delivery happens on Sunday in Austria.
Customer service = I called them to let them know that I stayed at home on Monday (after the Sunday failure) JUST because of the delivery. They said to me: I am sorry, the package cannot be delivered today because we have no more space left in the trucks, so, not possible today.
Why are the allowed to even be a delivery company if their "trucks" are too big for a package (TV) ? Are they using a regular car or what exactly is happening? They just don't keep their arrangements and it is just a lack of respect. Won't recommend.
They don't even deserve a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are rarely on time, my dishwasher came dented and a day too late, and now my new package could be anywhere while they stated it arrived at my place.
Also worth noting the sexist comment one of the delivery men made about me getting a dishwasher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer unfriendly, formalistic approach. I had to cancel the whole delivery today, because they did not want to go 30 meters extra, as "they are not allowed to leave the car alone". I really hope some more professional services will appear soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the "honor" to meet one of the drivers or whatever the poor sod was. I could hear him walk up to the place, spouting rude things. When I went outside, the guy was very unpleasant, rude and seemed very bothered he had to work at all. He put the pallete with my wares on the ground and left without the palette. I mean... sure I could use some firewood, but these people have no manners.
Hopefully never have to use this service again.
1/10 (because the wares atleast came)
