They said they tried to deliver to my place but they never left a note or anything, and it was impossible for me to add an alternative address or a nearby shop where they could deliver my package. Then they said they would have store it in thei deposit for one week but after few days they send it back to the sender so now I have to pay the delivery fees again.. COMPLETE DISASTER!!

D	Denis Bechiragich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never expected this company to be so badly organized.I was expecting my delivery at my home through the dpd tracking.Then suddenly there was a notification that the courier didn't catch me in my home.HOW IS HE SUPPOSED TO CATCH ME WHEN HE EVEN DIDN'T CALL ME ON MY PHONE???? Then I tried to call the DPD station,nobody answered.I checked the site,it was written that my parcel is in the Pickup Parcel Shop .I went to the Shop and they told me that the parcel is not there.Never using DPD again,1 star is even too much for your service

I got an answer it would be delivered the next day. But again the only thing that was really delivered was the email, not my package. :-( No explenation, no notificstion, no call. Why does even exist such a company?
K	K F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FOUR packages weren't delivered to me this month by dpd, which is really interesting cause I spend 99% at home. And now I need to spend an hour to go pick them up there although I love in the second district. Awful service.
S	Sybil Bitter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible! Both me and my partner were at home all day. I was waiting for my package, and when checking the tracking I see my package was brought straight to a pickup centre that is 1,5 hours travelling from my home.

Two days in a row they delivered my package directly to the parcel shop, instead of my house. Leaving an official complaint doesn't help. Nobody at DPD cares. They still ask me to pick up my package myself. And they said wil not check the driver nor fix such issue fir the future. They too don't want to provide me any number of the complaints I made. Useless company. Hope they bancrupt and left the good services to work. #PDPschlechteErfahrung #DPDneverAgain #DPDwarning
Z	Zee-Sean Zhu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's just a waste of time trying to communicate with them, they have neither contact to their own delivery man nor any will power to help you with your troubles. Once they've seen that the package is delivered on their little screens they stop caring about whether you, the recipient, have actually received it or not. They also have a policy of knocking on doors not being mandatory, so we can forget about delivering packages personally. Because we all know that's not gonna happen. To top it all off DPD does not have any materialistic proof that your package was indeed delivered or the delivery man might have taken a liking to it and kept it for himself. However, DPD does have the stubbornness to tell you that the package was indeed delivered to you because their little screens says so. I hope this helped, please read before selecting DPD as your carrier.
