★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ware wurde 'verschlampt' und fast 2 Wochen zu spät geliefert. Lieferant meldete sich erst 5 min vor Ankunft.
Goods were 'wasted' and delivered almost 2 weeks late. The supplier only reported 5 minutes before arrival.

Der vereinbarte Zeitpunkt der Zustellung wurde kommentarlos nicht eingehalten. Das Telefon wurde in 80% der Fälle nicht abgehoben. Als dann doch mal jemand dran gegangen ist, wurde unfreundlich und unprofessionell reagiert und dann einfach aufgelegt.
NIE WIEDER!!
Incredibly incompetent!
The agreed delivery time was not adhered to without comment. The phone was not picked up 80% of the time. When someone answered it, the reaction was unfriendly and unprofessional and then just hung up.
NEVER AGAIN!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem unfreundliche Dame am Telefon, der Herr widerum aus der Auslandsabteilung sehr nett. Lieferant kommt mit 100kg Paket alleine, stellt es vor dem Lift ab und fährt wieder, weil er noch Termine hat. Speditionen behalten sich zwar vor nur Borsteinkante zu lieferen, erlebt habe ich das so aber noch nicht und vorbereitet wird man ebensowenig darauf.
Extremely unfriendly lady on the phone, the gentleman from the foreign department is very nice. The supplier comes alone with a 100kg package, leaves it in front of the lift and drives off again because he still has appointments. Freight forwarders reserve the right to only deliver curbs, but I haven't experienced it like this and I'm not prepared for it either.
