Es kennt sich bei ihren eigenen Dachklimaanlagen keiner aus, und es kann auch keiner eine Servicestelle nennen, die sich auskennen. Man soll das Gerät einschicken. Hat ja nur ein paar Kilo, ist eben am Dach verbaut. Das verschickt man auch gleich in einem größeren Kuvert. Total unnötig der Betrieb.
Why a building is built for employees who have no interest in helping anyway is questionable. Nobody knows their own roof air conditioners, and nobody can call a service center who knows their stuff. You should send in the device. Has only a few kilos, is just installed on the roof. This is also sent in a larger envelope. Totally unnecessary the operation.
