T	The Duneeater Project on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ihr haupt produkt ist der mix and go.. das ist ein rebranded chinesin teil dass sofort kaputt geht. wenn ich es dann wohl innerhalb der Garantie zurück bringe weil es vom mixen kaputt geht sagt man mir dass es meine schuld ist und belügt mich dass es keinen ersatzteile gibt, dann lässt man mich auf unbestimmte zeit einfach warten und sagt es wird nachbestellt. ich warte seit 4 wochen wegen einem plastikteil. Sehr Frustrierend Your main product is the mix and go .. this is a rebranded chinese part that breaks immediately. If I then bring it back within the guarantee because it breaks from mixing, I am told that it is my fault and lies to me that there are no spare parts, then they just let me wait for an indefinite period of time and say it will be reordered. i have been waiting for a plastic part for 4 weeks. Very frustrating

Enttäuschend fand ich, dass es bei dem großen Angebot von Besteck, es keine langstieligen Löffeln für Eis/Joghurt gibt. Am Service ist noch Verbesserung möglich. Ich schätze es nicht "von oben her" behandelt zu werden. Das ist mein Grund eher selten die Angebote zu prüfen. Nice shop with changing specials. Zum Glück funktionierte der aktive Griff gut und ich musste in der Wartezeit den alten Reservegriff nicht verwenden. Also 2 Sterne mehr. Heute (22.Oktober) wieder persönlich besucht, aber der im Juli 2021 bestellte Griff für einen Drucktopf ist trotz monatlichen Nachfragen immer noch nicht erhältlich. Alternativ hätte ich einen kompletten 2.5 Liter Drucktopf gekauft. Aber den müsste ich auch erst bestellen.... Qualität gut, aber Verfügbarkeit miserabel. Today on December 27th the time had come. I was able to pick up the pressure pot handle that I ordered 5 months ago. As expected in good quality. Fortunately, the active handle worked well and I didn't have to use the old reserve handle while waiting. So 2 stars more. Visited again in person today (October 22), but the handle for a pressure pot ordered in July 2021 is still not available despite monthly inquiries. Alternatively, I would have bought a complete 2.5 liter pressure pot. But I would have to order that first ... Good quality, but poor availability.
