Kann gut sein, dass man ein wichtiges Ersatzteil auch außerhalb der normalen Arbeitszeit geliefert/montiert bekommt! Die Leute verstehen die Verantwortung, die man selber als Dienstleister seinen Patienten gegenüber hat - und setzen entsprechend alle Räder in Bewegung....

It may well be that an important spare part is also delivered / assembled outside of normal working hours! People understand the responsibility that you yourself have towards your patients as a service provider - and set all wheels in motion accordingly ...
