T	Tom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything! Great location close to the train station, the room the best I’ve stayed in for a long time, fantastic, helpful staff & top quality breakfast. The best thing was I only stayed there because my train to Zagreb started pouring out with smoke, so I had to make a stop in Salzburg. What a stroke of luck that turned out to be! The fact I only stayed there one night. I genuinely thought about changing the locks & staying in my room forever.
S	Sebastian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed the night and had breakfast there a couple of months ago - absolutely dreadful! The rooms were old-fashioned and dusty. The stuff they try to sell as breakfast was beyond what words can fathom. Arrogant staff and disgusting looking breakfast room, once again, old and dusty. The last point I'd like to address is not the place's fault, but it still bothers me: the people on the other tables were loud, swore excessively and were disrespectful in general. I heard multiple uses of racial slurs coming from other guests as well. Oh yeah, and the hotel is located in the worst part of Salzburg, next to the train station, where all the crime happens. Sleep with one eye open...
K	Kirsty Marie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this hotel for a number of reasons: the location was great, very close to the main train station; the staff were very friendly and provided good recommendations for places to visit and eat; the room was very clean and comfortable; a kettle, fridge and coffee machine were provided with Nescafé capsules and a variety of tea bags; I really liked the sound of music decor; the WiFi connection was very good, and the breakfast buffet had a lot of options. I was able to pay by card, in my own currency.
S	Silver Lining x on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 2-3 minute walk from the station. Love the ambient, staff kindness, breakfast, hotel facilities and everything. It was all good. Lobby is well decorated and bright, with a Salzburg city map on the wall it makes the whole place more towards tourist-friendly. Most of the things in hotel are quite new, I also love the stairs where they decorated it so lively. Bedroom is clean. As well as the bathroom and everything. Most thing I love is the breakfast. It has many choices. And the coffee machine is absolutely the best I’ve seen so far.
W	Wynand Lamprecht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although we stayed in the K6 rooms across the street, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Nothing, absolutely nothing was too much effort for the staff. They looked after us in the most professional and warm manner. The breakfast was amazing and they allowed us, a party of 7 people, to treat the foyer like our own living room. It is literally 5 min walk from the main town bus and train station. Being so central was a great time saver. They offered advice on all local attractions too. I'd happily stay here again.

I showed up at 1730 and there was nobody to help me, nobody to give me my keys, and nobody to explain that the room was actually across the street. When I called the phone number on the front door, the person who answered was useless. I was fortunate to run into some English speaking guests who helped me out.
