Quite close to the central train station. We loved the stay in a family size room and enjoyed playing table soccer. The place looks quite spacious. You can also find locker facility here but I recommend you choose the luggage locker facility available at the train station which is cost effective.

I wouldn't recommend. Left over food here and there. The girl at the reception desk was rather busy with her phone instead of tidying it up (even though it was almost in front of her of she took the effort to look up). There are also beer bottles at the entrance doors. It's a maze. There's no way to avoid using the elevator as the stairways make no sense. There's no sign pointing people in the right direction of the reception or exit. Utterly annoying. So, lots of people are waiting for 1 elevator. Even to go to the 1st floor and I can't blame them. In front of the reception desk there's free hot water available. For a small amount you can get other hot drinks. Great! But you're lucky if the staff thought of checking if there are cups available. The guest kitchen is tiny and hidden in the back side of the hostel. There are no tables close by. So, there's no use to cook over there or to prepare a breakfast, like you would do in other hostels. It's not inviting anyway. I enjoy staying at hostels. But this isn't one I would recommend at all. It's the worst chain hostel I've been to. If you are going to hostel to get in touch with fellow travellers and to get to know each other over a meal in the common kitchen. This isn't the place to be. Skip this hostel and go look for something else.

Worst experience, rude receptionists, bad service. Never again! Edit: Detailed info. is already shared by my friend, scroll down for a review related to toilet seat. During our stay we directly complained 4 or 5 times to 3 different receptionists and no action was taken to solve the issue. ?‍♂️

Great price if you can sleep at night. But one can't control how loud ones neighbours and night will be. This time I had a group of workers laughing at night, philosophing about life if in corridor, snoring in a daytime. Next night someone just triggered in alarm on a backdoor at 05:00. The stuff was not able to turn off immediately so we thought it was a fire alarm. We took our stuff and went downstairs and got information that everything ok and that our neighbours are not tourists but a group of workers and we should asked for another room. My bad I should asked for another room.

I really don't recommend this hostel and never coming here again. Worst service at the reception. There was no toilet seat in our room and it was unusable for obvious reasons. We complained about it in the reception and the reply we got from one of the receptionists was exactly this "unfortunately there are no room service workers now and I am not a technician" very rudely and she wasn't even sorry about it. After explaining many times, she said she will take a look and see what can be done. Next day when we returned, the toilette seat was just kept on the toilette, was just lying on it and not fixed. Was this some kind of a joke? When we asked if they have any public WC, she just said NO. The next day, another receptionist gave us a key card to another room just to use the WC which was really uncomfortable. And the toilette seat was never fixed. It could have taken just a few hours to fix it. In the two nights we stayed, even after complaining to all the receptionists, nobody really cared. After asking compensation, they just gave us a free drink. No sorry or anything. Who would want to stay in a hostel with a bad service as this and the rooms are not even checked for basic necessities before checking in. Mistakes can happen which is understandable, but how they responded to it is not what we expected. Other cons 1. We reserved parkplatz before coming and there was no instructions about how to access it. It seems we have to check in to access the garage. The check-in process was really slow, we had to park the car outside the hostel until then for which we had to pay additionally. 2. We booked a private three room apartment, yet we got a 8-bed room which felt very congested 3. Breakfast was costly for the quality and quantity offered. Not worth it.

It was cheaper to book the room yourself online than to pay directly at the hostel, but after I did the online booking at the reception myself, I had to wait there for a really long time (more than 45min) as the receptionist wouldn't let me give acces to the room for the so called reason it didn't came through yet... After making multiple statements he finally gave me my room. Very, very poor service

We stayed in this place for 4 nights. Initially when checking in, the receptionist was very friendly and polite. We paid for double room while checking and got our two key cards. The room was clean but very very small. It was very suffocating and dark. Unfortunately, the light in the room was very dull. The room does not have a closet or a locker. It has two beds, two chairs and two small night stands. We had to push both the beds/cots toward the wall to make some space to walk around. The usual check out time is 10 am but we extended our check out time to 2pm by paying money on the evening before our check out day. The receptionist was not ready to give us the print out confirmation of the extended check out time, however we insisted on getting it and got it finally. The next morning the cleaning lady knocked the door angrily and said we should have checked out at 10am, we said we extended our check out time, and she said it doesn’t say so in the system. Then we showed the printed confirmation of the checkout and she left angrily without saying sorry. Then we headed out and returned to the hotel at 11 am and we were locked out of the room, both the key cards were not working. Then we went to the reception and the receptionist who was busy on her phone said our check out time was at 10am. Then the cleaning lady who was there told her about seeing the extension confirmation. So the receptionist took one of our keycards and deactivated said it works. I asked if she can activate the other keycard as well, she was like “you don’t need the second one”. She was very rude and treated us badly. I agree it is a budget hotel, but even then receptionists should be polite. They have printed on their keycards that if we need help we should just ask in the reception, but they are very unfriendly and rude. I would not recommend this place. We booked it based on its the location, but regretted it. In addition, The exhaust in the bathroom hardly works, if you take a shower, the whole room gets steamy.

The location is perfect, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is also pretty good. BUT! The administration has absolutely no control over what's going on inside. Namely, there was a drunk man who was trying to break into our room in the middle of the night. As a result we were totally worn out and exhausted after that sleepless night. And the most important thing is - the hotel employees didn't even bother to solve the problem. So I'm gonna say a huge "NO" to this one. Next time I'll better spend more money and book hotel with a higher level of security.
