D	D. L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean property, close to Salzburg Hauptbahnhof. Easy check in, with social distancing possible. Room was comfortable and very clean. Checkout was very easy.
t	tal .......... on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location by the main train station. GREAT breakfast, but be sure to come as they open or it's wayyyy to crowded for covid times. Explanation for the garage were lacking, at the phone they told us to "press a button and get it", there is no button, they have to open it if they have room. Only 25 spaces, no way to reserve a spot, oh well. Room size is great, AC is also great. Mattresses needs to be improved, same goes for the soap. A 4 star hotel with a 2 in 1 large squeeze bottle in the shower? That's just cheap.
G	Gautham Ramesh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was confused whether to give 3 or 4 stars and decided on 4 as the stay was very nice and the breakfast spread was great. Only let down was the cold and unhelpful attitude of one of the male receptionists. We reached the hotel a bit earlier than the check-in time. Just as I went to the receptionist, he just told us to come back later and that's it. We were carrying our luggages and just arrived at the hotel. He could have at least offered us the cloak room to keep our luggages and also direct us to the restroom for freshening up. All this information was received only after I reluctantly went to the receptionist again as we were not sure what was to be done. The other receptionists who came in the later shifts were very nice and friendly. Would have definitely given a 5 star if not for the receptionist's cold attitude. Breakfast spread was very generous and delicious.

We were there on 3rd October 2021 at 12 PM but the check in was at 2. The tall guy at the reception told us to come back at 2. No next steps on the luggage, no information on whether to wear the mask at the reception floor, no information on where to freshen up for the time being. We had to prod the receptionist for answers while he was being unhelpful. Finally he told us about the cloak room which we used. The next receptionist was a very pleasant guy and he helped us to check-in at 2PM. He gave us all the information. The food was great. The room was clean and tidy. The only complaint was the one receptionist.

Their wi fi is the worst in Austria.The cleaners open our doors 3 tomes from 8 am onwards, without any explanation. A good example of a souless big white elephant in the middle of a gorgeous city.

Perfectly located, surrounded by many restaurants like Doner kebab, McDonald's, Burger king etc, grocery and it is just one minute walk to the bus and train station. Almost all the buses goes via city centre, by walk it will take only 20 minutes. The breakfast offered here was yummy. Staffs here are friendly.

Lady who answered my call told I should bring a confirmation for me I travel for business (reservation manager told I didn't need any..). Then she added I may come without it, since she will not be here and another person will solve my problem. Great service for one of a few hotels kept open during lockdawn N+1 in Austria...
