J	Jamie Matthews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. There is plenty of parking, the rooms are large and accommodating. Fast wifi is available all around the property. The bed and pillows are not the most comfortable there is but not the worse there is. The breakfast are rich and tasty. Service is very good.

Parking is ample, wifi is good. You can just do better in terms of features in the price range. Nice paintings. The main areas are nicer than the rooms. The whole properly is clean. AC works well.

V	Vlad A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad that zero stars cannot be given! On Sunday the 22nd of August, i was on my way home to Passau (at around 00:30) which was approximately 2 hours drive away. Since it was late and i was tired i tried to get a room to have some sleep. I would have paid no matter what it would have cost. I asked for a room and i was sent away with the explanation that the hotel was full (which i don't think was true because there were enough free parking lots in front of the hotel. According to my experience when the parking area is free and you can choose you parking lot easily, the hotel cannot be full). The hotel receptionist recommended the Wyndham hotel nearby (which by the way was also "full"). Great! Actually you hear everywhere on the news "the poor city hotels are still not recovering from corona" and they still need corona support money but when you actually try to get a room you are sent away. I think they are doing too well. Avoid this hotel if possible.

It's around a 15 minute walk into the main tourist areas, but it was very conveniently located to the train station. The breakfast selection was exceptional and our room was spacious, clean, updated and very comfortable.
T	Tom Rewis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in your hotel in January, was very pleased. One negative thing though but it was clearly reviewed by the staff. That negative item is the size of the shower Kabine. Very tight, especially for those of us with restricted mobility problems due to severe arthritic conditions. Breakfast personnel as well as reception staff extremely courteous and helpful. We come to Salzburg quite often and this is now our Hotel of choice. We have reservations already for May. Thanks again
c	charbel saghbini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: - Very close to the main train station, 10 minutes walk - Close to the center, 20 minutes walk - Very big and spacious rooms - Comfortable bed - Balcony - Garden - Offers breakfast Cons: - Not maniacally clean - not enough storage (closets) - No kettle Personnel: - They charged some extra things on the room that we haven’t really used, they refunded it after discussion.
