Das nagelneue woom, welches ein defektes Gewinde aufwies, wurde prompt und fachgerecht repariert. Der einzige Nachteil sind die mitunter längeren Wartezeiten. Extremely competent and helpful. Installed a spoke for me for free. The brand new woom, which had a defective thread, was repaired promptly and professionally. The only downside are the sometimes longer waiting times.
V	Vesto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem teurer Laden. Ich habe ein Laufrad samt neuem Schlauch vorbeigebracht um den kaputten Schlauch zu wechseln. Kostenpunkt 18€ (ohne Material!), das kommt mir weit übertrieben vor für eine 2 Minuten Arbeit... Positiv war, dass es recht schnell ging. Und dass der Inhaber recht flott und ausführlich hier geantwortet hat. Edit: Vielen Dank für die ausführliche Antwort! Es ist für mich jetzt einigermaßen nachvollziehbar, wie ihr den Preis zu rechtfertigen versucht. 18€ für eine 2 Minuten Arbeit ist trotz allem zu viel. Es ist auch nicht logisch, wieso ich eure kostenpflichtige E-Bike Software und eure "tausenden Ersatzteile" mitfinanzieren soll, wenn ich doch nur einen einfachen Schlauch beim Rad (Laufrad war ja schon abmontiert) gewechselt haben möchte... Und wenn ihr "wegen dem aufwendigeren Handling pro Stunde auch nur weniger Räder reparieren (könnt) als eine Werkstatt die nur "normale" Räder repariert", dann mag das auf die Lastenräder zutreffen, aber doch nicht auf einen normalen Schlauchwechsel... Vielleicht wäre es in der Tat hilfreich gewesen, den maximalen Preis im Vorhinein zu kommunizieren, das hat nämlich definitiv nicht stattgefunden. Wäre mir der Preis rechtzeitig kommuniziert worden, dann wäre ich 2 Straßen weiter gegangen. LG Extremely expensive store. I brought an impeller along with a new tube to change the broken tube. Cost 18 € (without material!), That seems far exaggerated for a 2 minute job... The positive thing was that it went quite quickly. And that the owner answered quite quickly and in detail here. Edit: Thanks for the detailed answer! It is now somewhat understandable for me how you try to justify the price. 18€ for a 2 minute job is still too much. It is also not logical why I should co-finance your fee-based e-bike software and your "thousands of spare parts" when I only want to have a simple tube changed on the bike (the impeller was already removed)... And if you "because of the more complex handling (can) repair fewer wheels per hour than a workshop that only repairs "normal" wheels", then that may apply to the cargo bikes, but not to a normal hose change... It might indeed have been helpful to communicate the maximum price in advance, because that definitely didn't happen. If the price had been communicated to me in good time, I would have gone 2 streets further. LG
a	andreas hro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diesem Händler sollte man -5 Sterne geben. Geben am Telefon falsche Versprechen und machen Zusagen die Sie dann nicht halten können/wollen. Wenn man die Mitarbeiter dann am Telefon darauf anspricht bekommt man eine freche Antwort wie " Das ist aber ihr Problem und nicht unseres" und danach wird einfach aufgelegt ohne sich zu verabschieden. Sorry, so sollte man kein Geschäft betreiben. This dealer should be given -5 stars. Giving false promises on the phone and making commitments that you cannot/do not want to keep. If you ask the staff about it on the phone, you get a cheeky answer like "But that's your problem and not ours" and then they just hang up without saying goodbye. Sorry, that's not how a business should be run.
