R	Rudolf Hauleitner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider habe ich mit dem wirklich schönen Vello bike immer wieder Probleme. Vor 1,5 Jahren wurde der Motor getauscht und es funktionierte wieder kurze Zeit. Nun - nach der Winterpause - will sich mein Smartphone nicht mit dem bike verbinden. App neu installiert - funktioniert trotzdem nicht. Heute versuchte ich den direkten Draht zu Vello und habe im Office angerufen. Niemand anwesend!!! Leute, das ist kein Service, so geht es nicht! Dass ich 4x innerhalb einer Stunde im Office angerufen habe und sich niemand gemeldet hat ist Tatsache und war die Ursache meiner Beschwerde. Nachdem ich dann persönlich vorbeigekommen bin, war der Service ausgezeichnet. Ich wurde erfolgreich über die Begebung der Mängel aufgeklärt und ein Sofortservice meines Rades durchgeführt. Dazu vielen Dank! Unfortunately I keep having problems with the really nice Vello bike. The engine was replaced 1.5 years ago and it worked again for a short time. Now - after the winter break - my smartphone doesn't want to connect to the bike. Reinstalled the app - still doesn't work. Today I tried the direct line to Vello and called the office. Nobody present!!! Folks, this isn't a service, it can't be done that way! The fact that I called the office 4x within an hour and no one answered is a fact and was the cause of my complaint. After I went there in person, the service was excellent. I was successfully informed about the occurrence of the defects and my bike was serviced immediately. Thank you for that!

S	Stefan O. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a Vello Rocky. It looks good and the gear ratio is quite good for a folding bike. It’s not the lightest of bikes. The folding mechanism isn’t the most practical, pin to secure the folk is on a flimsy piece of string. Pin rattles when cycling. Cheap cable ties used to secure brake cables, not the smallest of bikes when folded. When folded the bike doesn’t stand up well. I drive a VW Tiguan and when bike lies flat in the boot it almost fills out the entire boot space. Value for money isn’t good at almost £1.5K. I don’t think this bike has been thought through properly.

I have two @VelloBike and I had a piece stucked probably by salt while navigating on my boat around the world. The Company immediately guided me through a video call to solve the problem and delivered me not only the spare part that suffered the problem, but an incredible amount of other costly spare parts with no extra costs, just to be sure that I could use the bicycle in every place around the world during my trip! As investor in many company I really want to stress how important is having a good relationship with all the customers and care about them. It is a strong way to success.

Despite its diminutive size and folding capability, it rides like a full-size bike. It is beautifully engineered, aesthetically pleasing and an extremely practical device. Using the motor judiciously, I get at least 70 km between charges. Online technical backup excellent. It’s the ideal urban personal mobility vehicle for our time.
