Jacob and Samuel are the loveliest young guys - taking care of my little racer - with so much ambition and highest competence in style as well as technique! They even fixed the play of my rear wheel in 20 minutes time - which at least three previous mechanics had told me was irreparable and needed to be replaced with a really rare and expensive part. Thank you guys!! Besides their daily caretaking of bikes they are collectors of really beautiful old racing bicycles. ALWAYS A PLEASURE to see those wonderfully restored - and even new - original vintage beauties! DIE BESTEN in Sachen Vintage Rädern ! ? Technisch einwandfrei, superkompetent, freundlichst, schnell und stilsicher kümmern sich Jakob und Samuel ums Rad. ?

They not pushy at all and even ask you if you just want the stuff to fix it yourself, which i found nice, although I got mine fixed. Can recommend!

Some days later I took the bike to the store. When I said to the staff member that I want a bike check he just shaked his head. I explained him that I wrote via mail for a bike check. He said they don't do that. I responded that I got info by mail. He said that only one staff member does it, but he is not in store, he only comes one a month and he cant tell me when. I could try tomorrow but he doesnt know if he's there for sure. All in all a very unpleasant experience. Seems like service culture is non existing in that place.

L	Les Jordan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so glad that I discovered these guys, after my bike was seriously damaged after being hit by a car riding in Vienna. Samuel, the firm's partner and highly adept bike mechanic, was able to provide me with an estimate for my insurance and begin repairs on my 1980 Italian Dancelli roadbike. He replaced the bent vintage fork with another vintage chromed Columbus SL fork, he trued the bent front Campo rim, and made all the adjustments and repairs needed to get my bike back on the road in record time. Excellent work, super friendly and nice guys, very fair price. I would highly recommend bringing your vintage bike over here for a service, or pick up one of the many perfectly restored vintage bikes for sale.

Then a friend recommended VELOVERSUM and everything was perfect. We spoke about what had to be done and what he recommended to do. After only 2 days I was able to pick up my bike and it is better than ever (and the price lower than discussed in advanced). On top of all the guys are super nice and easy going. Thank you!
