Before buying a bike, Mr. Constantin provided me with a bike for six months free of charge. I was able to secure a top bike with top service at a top price in peace. Thanks to Dinu. W	Werner Kotek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Beratung, Hr. Dinu hat sich bei allen Gelegenheiten (Kauf Fshrradhelme, Kauf von Ersatzteilen, Radservece) ausreichend Zeit genommen. Radservice wurde innerhalb von 1 Tag erledigt, während wir bei anderen Anbietern heuer schon über 1 Woche gewartet haben. Good advice, Mr. Dinu took enough time on all occasions (buying a bicycle helmet, buying spare parts, bike servece). Bike service was done within 1 day, while other providers have waited for over 1 week this year.
d	der eine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war ohne Voranmeldung wegen eines gerissenen Seils vor Ort im Geschäft.. Schaden wurde mir freundlicherweise sofort gerichtet. War eine super Sache, gerne wieder! I was in the shop without prior notice because of a broken rope. Damage was kindly addressed to me immediately. It was a great thing, gladly again!
V	Vali H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich würde ich gerne gar keinen Stern geben. Ich wurde zwei Mal vertröstet, obwohl mir immer wieder ein neuer Abholtermin bestätigt wurde. Als Grund nannte man mir, dass ja so viel zu tun sei. Ja gut - dann sag mir halt einen Zeitpunkt an dem du wirklich fertig bist - ich muss mir ja auch extra Zeit nehmen, um das Ding dort abzuholen. Naja - mein Fahrzeug war jedes Mal wieder nicht fertig. Hierbei ging es um eine Reparatur, welche nicht aufwändig war. Beim dritten Mal war es wieder nicht fertig, ich habe es mitgenommen und wo anders reparieren lassen. Das war dem Herrn auch völlig egal. Ich kann hier nichts über die Qualität der Reparatur sagen, denn es wurde ja nichts repariert. Der Service ist aber fragwürdig. Ein Tipp von mir: Lieber ordentliche Termine angeben und diese dann auch einhalten! Actually I would like to give no star at all. I was put off twice, although a new pick-up date was confirmed again and again. The reason I was given was that there was so much to do. Yes, well - then just tell me a time when you're really done - I have to take extra time to pick up the thing there. Well - my vehicle wasn't ready every time. This involved a repair that was not costly. The third time it wasn't finished, I took it with me and had it repaired somewhere else. The Lord didn't care at all. I can't comment on the quality of the repair here, because nothing has been repaired. The service is questionable though. A tip from me: It is better to give proper appointments and then keep them!

Good normally sold out new eBikes in stock, set price for KTM

Ich habe Rückstrahler, Gepäckträger, Felgenstrahler und ein Licht gratis dazubekommen um regelkonform unterwegs zu sein. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Bought a bike there today, great service, not expensive. I have got reflectors, luggage racks, rim reflectors and a light for free so that I can be on the road in compliance with the rules. I can only recommend.
