Die Kette war mehrmals herausgesprungen, obwohl sie fast neu war. Wir befanden uns in der Nähe von Radsport Brückl. Was lag also näher als einen Profi um Rat zu fragen? - Radsport Brückl lag näher, denn Profi fanden wir dort keinen, ebenso wenig wie Hilfe. Stattdessen beflegelte und beschimpfte uns der Verkäufer und meinte in einer Woche würde er schon dazu kommen, sich das Rad einmal anzusehen, wenn wir denn wirklich zu unbedarft* wären, das Problem selbst zu lösen. Waren wir nicht. Wir haben das Rad wieder mitgenommen. Radsport Brückl sieht uns nicht mehr. ) Die Ausdrucksweise des Verkäufers war deutlich rüder. Friday afternoon (23.07.2021 shortly after 4:00 p.m.) we had a problem with my wife's bike. The chain had popped out several times, even though it was almost new. We were near Radsport Brückl. So what could be more obvious than asking a professional for advice? - Radsport Brückl was closer, because we couldn't find a professional there, nor any help. Instead, the seller insulted us and said in a week he would be able to take a look at the bike if we were really too clueless to solve the problem ourselves. We weren't. We took the bike back with us. Radsport Brückl no longer sees us. *) The expression of the seller was clearly rude.

Nach über 2Wochen dann der Anruf vom Fachhändler: ‚Das Rad ist Probe gefahren und funktioniert wieder‘. Also holte ich das Reparierte Fahrrad sogleich ab - es ‚funktionierte‘ über so wie zuvor: nur beim Treten traten die Knirsch-Geräusche noch lauter auf! Meine persönliche Anfrage an den Betrieb: Was bedeutet für Sie Professionalität beim Fachhandel? I took my bike to the dealer because it made grinding noises when pedaling. 'No problem, the bearing is broken and we just change it' - was the diagnosis of the specialist. After more than 2 weeks, the specialist dealer called: 'The bike has been tested and is working again'. So I picked up the repaired bike straight away - it 'worked' like before: only when pedaling did the crunching noises become even louder! My personal inquiry to the company: What does professionalism mean for you in the specialist trade?

Das Argument mit den langen Lieferzeiten in der Koronazeit zählt für mich nicht, denn wenn ich als Privatperson Radmäntel online bestelle bekomme ich diese auch in 1 Woche geliefert.... Und ja, auch in der Korona-Zeit!! Wenigstens ist das Personal freundlich, deshalb 1 Stern. A bike shop that doesn't sell its customers bike covers is not a bike shop for me, sorry. The argument with the long delivery times in the corona time does not count for me, because if I order bike coats online as a private person, I get them delivered in 1 week .... And yes, also in the corona time! At least the staff is friendly, therefore 1 star.

Die Damen im Geschäft überaus freundlich, die Reparaturen ausgezeichnet gemacht. Vielen Dank, ich komme bei Bedarf sicherlich wieder gerne auf sie zurück!! Has so far taken 2x the services of Brückl for my sewing machine and was always well operated. The ladies in business extremely friendly, the repairs made excellent. Thank you, I will certainly like to return to you again if necessary !!

Here is my experience: I had 5 bikes for service or small repairs. I brought everything in myself into the shop, and the lady looked at then, and then me like I had piled garbage on her and said, “can I sell you some new bikes.” We would have to clean these, and the parts we would have to order them. It’s not worth to repair, we would need 6 weeks (I need them in 2 weeks mind you). I carry them myself back into my Trailer. I got a recommendation from a friend, and went to another place, they said no problem, and the cost was about 500€ to service them all and do the repairs (one of them needed some more expensive stuff done, so the price was very reasonable). I asked for the one bike, “should I just buy a new one, I see that a new one costs €550 and the repairs for this one is €300.” He said to repair it because it’s a very good quality bike new, €850 probably. So it’s worth to repair. The Brückl just wanted to sell me a new bike, and “trash” my old one. Dishonest, arrogant, and do not go there. DISHONEST!!!
