A	Alexandra Schachermayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophales Service, über die (auf der Homepage beworbene) App für 6 Uhr früh vorbestelltes -und bestätigtes- Taxi kam nicht, bei Anruf wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es weitere 15 Minuten dauern würde...Zug ging um 6:20 Uhr? Catastrophic service, the taxi that was pre-ordered and confirmed via the app (advertised on the homepage) for 6 a.m. did not come, when I called, I was told that it would take another 15 minutes ... Train left at 6:20 a.m.?
P	Peter Anderle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Höchst unfreundlich wurde ich am Telefon darauf hingewiesen, dass es meine Abholadresse nicht gibt und ich solle doch mit meinen 3 Koffern, Frau und Kind zu einer anderen Adresse gehen um dort abgeholt zu werden. Bei 6969 fand man meine Adresse sofort - dort hat alles gut funktioniert. Very unfriendly I was informed on the phone that my pick-up address does not exist and that I should go to another address with my 3 suitcases, wife and child to be picked up there. My address was found immediately at 6969 - everything worked fine there.
S	Steve “Steve Wocher” Wocher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder!!!! Die Fahrerin stank so extrem ich musste fast kotzen. Und sie fuhr wie meine Oma. Aber das was echt komisch war ich zahlte statt 9€ satte 13€ Never again!!!! The driver smelled so bad I almost puked. And she drove like my grandma. But what was really strange was that I paid a whopping €13 instead of €9
V	Veronica Lutalo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Kundendienstmitarbeiterin hört sich an, als wäre sie an ihrem Job nicht interessiert. Sie spricht sehr schnell wie ein aufgeladener Roboter. Ich wünschte, sie könnte höflich sein, langsam wie die Leute bei 6969 Taxi sprechen und nur nach den grundlegenden Informationen fragen, die für die Buchung eines Taxis erforderlich sind (ohne Akzent). The customer service representative sounds like she isn't interested in her job. She speaks very quickly like a charged robot. I wish she could be polite, speaking slowly like the people at 6969 Taxi and only asking for the basic information needed to book a taxi (no accent).
