A	Abelone-Natural Living on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War und bin dort immer wieder gerne mit dem Dienstrad da. Sehr nettes und kompetentes Team, dass sich um alles kümmert. Beim Fahrradservice wird darauf geschaut, was wirklich gemacht werden muss, unnötige Reparaturen erst gar nicht angeboten und man weiß, was der Service kostet. Ein Plus, ohne extra kontrollierten und optimalen Reifendruck verlässt kein Fahrrad das Geschäft. Auch wird gerne, wenn gerade keine Luftpumpe zur Hand, der Fahrradreifen aufgepumpt, und das kostenlos. Super Service, immer wieder gerne. Was and am always happy to be there with the service bike. Very nice and competent team that takes care of everything. The bicycle service looks at what really needs to be done, unnecessary repairs are not offered at all and you know what the service costs. A plus, no bike leaves the shop without specially controlled and optimal tire pressure. Also, if there is no air pump at hand, the bicycle tire will be pumped up, free of charge. Great service, always happy.

Unglaublich kompetente Beratung in allen Belangen rund ums Bike! Service and price-performance ratio top! Regardless of whether it's a racing bike, mountain bike or city bike, I have had every service carried out here and have always had good experiences. Incredibly competent advice in all matters relating to bikes!

Der Mechaniker hat dann ganz flott herausgefunden, was der Fehler ist, ihn provisorisch behoben und mir gar nix verrechnet. Meine 2 Freundinnen haben dann auch noch kurz vor Ladenschluss ein paar Kleinigkeiten richten lassen. Und wir haben noch ein paar Fahrrad maintainance Tipps bekommen. I came today 25 minutes before the end. There were 3 people there who took care of the bike. The mechanic then quickly found out what the fault was, fixed it provisionally and didn't charge me anything. My 2 friends had a few small things fixed shortly before the shop closed. And we got a few more bike maintainance tips.
C	Christian Kneissl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grundsätzlich eine unterstützenswerte Sache, aber leider bin ich mit dem Ergebnis nicht zufrieden. Habe mein Rad zur Reparatur gebracht, weil die Schaltung und Gänge nicht mehr passten - schnell war klar dass Kette und Kränze getauscht gehören. Als ich das Rad nach der doch einigermaßen kostspieligen Reparatur abholte konnte ich nicht mal das Gelände verlassen weil die Kette wie wild zwischen den Gängen herumsprang. Also nochmals zurück. Ich musste das Rad dann nochmals ein paar Tage dort lassen und nochmals Geld einwerfen. Nach einem halben Jahr ist die Gangschaltung wieder so schlecht wie vorher. Sowas darf einfach nicht sein! Basically something worth supporting, but unfortunately I am not satisfied with the result. I brought my bike to be repaired because the gears and gears no longer worked - it quickly became clear that the chain and rims should be replaced. When I picked up the bike after the rather expensive repair, I couldn't even leave the premises because the chain jumped wildly between the aisles. So back again. I then had to leave the bike there for a few more days and throw in money again. After half a year the gear shift is as bad as before. Something like that just can't be allowed!
