Mein Ebike wurde von Fr auf Sam in Passau gestohlen und damit ich von Linz weg meine Heimreise antreten konnte,war unbürokratisch HIlfe da....vielen vielen Dank I thank GerRad for the spontaneous help last We (18.5.2019). My Ebike was stolen from Fri on Sam in Passau and so I could start my journey home from Linz, was unbureaucratic HIlfe there .... thank you very much

Recommended! (^-^)

Weil ich es eilig hatte, hat er ihn sofort ausgetauscht und ungefragt noch das Bremskabel erneuert ohne es extra zu berechnen. Außerdem hat er noch ein paar gute Tipps mit auf den Weg gegeben. I came by during a long bike tour because of a worn out bike jacket. Because I was in a hurry, he exchanged it immediately and replaced the brake cable without having to ask for it. He also gave a few good tips along the way.

Zufällig bin ich bei einem entzückenden Geschäft in der Linzer Altstadt vorbeigegangen und bin jetzt stolzer Besitzer eines neuen Rades. Der Eigentümer ist ein Wahnsinn und ein Rad-Fanatiker. Mit ihm macht Einkaufen einfach Spaß. Die Beratung war kompetent und umfassend. Ich habe mein Traumrad gefunden und kann das Geschäft nur jedem empfehlen. Die Öffnungszeiten sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber die Erklärung macht Sinn: Er nimmt sich Zeit für seine Familie und hat daher nicht immer für das Geschäft Zeit. Ich kann damit gut leben und würde am liebsten noch ein zweites Rad kaufen. I was looking for a bike because unfortunately mine was stolen. I happened to walk by a lovely shop in Linz's old town and am now the proud owner of a new bike. The owner is a stunner and a bike fanatic. Shopping with him is just fun. The advice was competent and comprehensive. I found my dream bike and can only recommend the shop to everyone. The opening hours take some getting used to, but the explanation makes sense: He takes time for his family and therefore doesn't always have time for business. I can live with that and would love to buy a second bike.

D	Diego Sandino Esteban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a Schindelhauer thanks to Gerhard. My name is Diego, and even though I did not buy my Ludwig at GerRad, he was the reason I finally bought one. While wandering around Linz we ended up visiting the design studio where my sister-in-law had worked in the past. GerRad is just in front of that place and I supposed the Schindlehauers inside magnetised me and brought me inside the shop. Even though it was pretty clear that it was going to be impossible for me to buy the bike in that particular moment (kms. away from home), Gerhard was more than happy to let me take a ride with a Schindelhauer. For weeks I have doubt whether buying one or not, but once I tried it I decided to buy my Ludwig VIII. I'm currently waiting for it to arrive home :). Thanks Gerhard! When I'm back in town (most probably will be very soon) you can be sure I'll drop by and get some nice accesories.
